Abstract: A method of modeling hydrocarbon flow from a fractured unconventional reservoir, where the formation has variability in stimulated reservoir properties caused by multi-stage fracturing treatment. A map is created which divides the formation into a plurality of closed production regions, each of which in turn is divided into a plurality of flow sub-systems extending between fractures in the formation. Production behavior is then calculated for each flow sub-system based on the geography and characteristics of the individual flow sub-system. Region hydrocarbon flow for each closed production region is determined by coupling the calculated production behavior of the flow sub-systems and the reservoir hydrocarbon flow can be modeled by aggregating the region hydrocarbon flows. Type curves showing the modeled hydrocarbon flow at selected points in time can then be plotted.

In a first mode, the ADC circuit can compare a first voltage representing a quantity of the overflow charge stored at the charge storage unit against a first ramping voltage to generate a first decision; and obtain, based on the first decision output, a first digital value. In a second mode, the ADC circuit can compare a second voltage representing a quantity of residual charge stored in the photodiode against a second ramping voltage to generate a second decision, and obtain, based on the second decision, a second digital value. The ADC circuit can determine, based on one of the first decision output or the second decision output, whether the photodiode saturates, and output one of the first digital value or the second digital value to represent an intensity of incident light.

A dielectric material is deposited in in the upper portion of the trench and over the liner on the top surface of the interlayer dielectric layer. The dielectric material is polished with a polishing process to remove the dielectric material from the liner on the top surface of the interlayer dielectric layer and to form a cap comprised of the dielectric material in the upper portion of the trench. The liner on the interlayer dielectric layer operates as a polish stop during the polishing process.

The present invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the aforementioned compounds for administration to a subject suffering from HBV infection. The invention also relates to methods of treating an HBV infection in a subject by administering a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compounds of the present invention.

Abstract: Representative embodiments of the present technology include a device for measuring distance to an object. The device comprises a light emitter configured to emit an outbound light pulse and a light sensor configured to receive a returning light pulse and output a pulse signal representing the returning light pulse. The device further comprises a field-programmable gate array (FPGA) coupled to the light sensor and including a time-to-digital converter (TDC) having a series of sequentially coupled delay units. Individual sequentially coupled delay units are associated with corresponding individual delay times. At least some of the sequentially coupled delay units have different individual delay times. The TDC is configured to measure timing information of the pulse signal based at least in part on the individual delay times of the sequentially coupled delay units. The device further includes a controller configured to calculate the distance to the object based on the timing information.
