  • Publication number: 20250150644
Abstract: In a method for storing and replaying a content item, a server may receive one or more user requests from user devices to store the content item. The server may determine a quantity of user-generic copies to store and may generate user-generic copies that are not yet assigned to a specific user-account. If a user requests output of the stored content item, the server may associate one of the user-generic copies with the user-account of the user. This process may convert one of the user-generic copies into a user-specific copy for the user-account. The server may send at least a portion of the user-specific copy to a user device that is associated with the user-account.

  • Publication number: 20250150458
Abstract: In a cloud computing environment, a cross-tenant access security measure monitors conditional access policies for changes or additions that hamper or threaten an authorized access from an assistant tenant user to a focus tenant. Some cross-tenant access security tracks role assignments to detect rogue roles, or detect hampering role changes. In some cases, focus tenant events and assistant tenant events are correlated in an audit. In some cases, the authorized access is a zero standing time bound access. In some cases, the authorized access is constrained to an IP address range, or constrained to login from a managed device, or both. In some cases, assets are excluded from managed response remediation actions. In some, managed response is modulated by product-specific Role Based Access Control. In some, repeated logins are avoided, to permit faster managed responses.

  • Patent number: 12293075
Abstract: Provided are techniques for task adjustment for uniform performance of drives. Arrays are created for different drive types. Performance benchmarks are run for each of the arrays to compute a stage maximum value and a destage maximum value for each of the drive types. At run time, in response to determining that a mode indictor indicates a uniform performance mode, a maximum number of stage Task Control Blocks (TCBs) are set to a stage maximum uniform value and a maximum number of destage TCBs are set to a destage maximum uniform value. The stage of first data is performed using an actual number of stage TCBs that do not exceed the maximum number of stage TCBs. The destage of second data is performed using an actual number of destage TCBs that do not exceed the maximum number of destage TCBs.

  • Publication number: 20250136937
Abstract: Colorectal cancer (CRC) has not benefited from innovative immunotherapies, mainly because of the lack of actionable immune targets. Novel tumor-specific antigens (TSAs) and tumor-associated antigens (TAAs) expressed by CRC cells are described herein. Most of the TSAs described herein derives from aberrantly expressed unmutated genomic sequences, such as intronic and intergenic sequences, which are not expressed in normal tissues. Nucleic acids, compositions, cells, antibodies and vaccines derived from these TSAs are described. The use of the TSAs, nucleic acids, compositions, antibodies, cells and vaccines for the treatment of CRC is also described.

  • Publication number: 20250138185
Abstract: Systems and methods for positioning objects in underwater environments are provided. The geolocation of a target for an object is determined, and a light source provided as part of a positioning system is operated to project a visible target at that location. The determination of the target location relative to the positioning system can include determining a location of the positioning system using information obtained from a laser system included in the positioning system. The light source used to project the visible target can be the same as a light source included in the laser system. A location of an object relative to the target location can be tracked by the laser system as the object is being moved towards the target location. The described methods and systems utilize one or more non-touch subsea optical systems, including but not limited to laser systems, for underwater infrastructure installation, measurements and monitoring.

  • Publication number: 20250117165
Abstract: Provided are a computer program product, system, and method for determining a storage device type on which to store extents of data in a storage system. The storage system provides a first storage device type that has native data compression at a first compression ratio and a second storage device type that has native data compression at a second compression ratio. The second compression ratio is higher than the first compression ratio. A determination is made for an extent to store the extent on the first storage device type or the second storage device type based on access frequency to data in the extent and an Input/Output (I/O) priority level for the extent. The extent is stored on the determined first or second storage device type.

  • Publication number: 20250118193
Abstract: A system for monitoring residential facilities with rooms includes a server, room units, and central units. The room units are located in the rooms and include a transceiver, a display for displaying a timer, input devices, and speakers. Each of the room units is associated with the room in which the room unit is located and with the residential facility thereof. Upon activation of one of the input devices, the timer commences decrementing from a pre-set amount of time. The transceiver transmits an alert to the server upon the timer reaching at least an end of the pre-set amount of time without activation of one of the input devices. The server, upon receipt of the alert, determines the residential facility and the room therein from which the alert was sent and transmits a message to the central units associated with the residential facility.

  • Patent number: 12269621
Abstract: A system and method for extending and holding aloft a long-wire radio antenna using an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), optimizing high-frequency (HF) radio communication where ground-based infrastructure is impractical. The UAV-based system pulls an antenna wire from a reel vertically and hovers in place holding the antenna at a length resonant on the transmitting frequency, enabling effective skip propagation. The system includes mechanisms for precise impedance matching and standing wave ratio (SWR) tuning through automatic adjustments of antenna length, facilitated by onboard sensors and control systems. The antenna wire is connected to a reel anchored to the ground and connected to a wire-mesh ground plane. In one embodiment, the system constantly feeds electric power to the UAV, with filters isolating RF and power currents, enabling both antenna and power transmission functions on the same wire. This system addresses the challenges of maintaining HF communication in remote or disaster-stricken regions.
