    Abstract: The present invention is an optically clear, curable adhesive including a polyvinylbutyral, a polyurethane (meth)acrylate, a (meth)acrylate monomer, and a photoinitiator. The polyvinylbutyral has a dynamic viscosity of between about 9 and about 13 mPa·s and a polyvinyl alcohol weight percent of less than about 18%. The polyurethane (meth)acrylate includes the reaction product of a diol, at least one diisocyanate, and a hydroxyfunctional (meth)acrylate or an isocyanatofunctional (meth)acrylate. When the optically clear, curable adhesive is placed between two transparent substrates and made into a laminate, the laminate has a haze of less than about 6%, a transmission of greater than about 88%, and an optical clarity of greater than about 98% when cured. The optically clear, curable adhesive also has a peel adhesion of at least about 100 g/cm based on ASTM 3330 when cured.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes a method that prevents pre-mature dc-chucking in processing modules. The method includes placing a wafer onto a chuck equipped with lift pins. One or more of the lift pins include a pressure sensor configured to measure a pressure exerted by the wafer. The method further includes measuring a first pressure applied to the one or more lift pins by the wafer, lowering the lift pins to place the wafer on the chuck, and processing the wafer. The method also includes removing the wafer from the chuck by pressing the one or more lift pins against the wafer to measure a second pressure exerted by the wafer. If the measured second pressure is equal to the first pressure, the method raises the wafer using the lift pins above the chuck.

    Abstract: A micro-power wireless access method and apparatus for the Internet of things for power transmission and transformation equipment involves a time synchronization process, a traffic channel access process, a control channel configuration information access process, and a control channel burst information access process. In the time synchronization process, an aggregation node determines a delay parameter and other parameters based on a timeslot in which traffic information randomly transmitted by a sensing terminal is located, and the sensing terminal adjusts transmission time of a corresponding frame based on the parameters. The traffic channel access process adopts a mode in which one-way reporting is mainly used, to minimize working time of a sensor. The present disclosure realizes limited two-way communication on a control channel, supports configuration of a sensor cycle, a threshold, and other parameters, and supports a retransmission mechanism on the control channel for important alarm information.

The control unit is also adapted to output a second control signal to the controllable variable gain amplifier such that the controllable variable gain amplifier starts increasing an amplification in the controllable variable gain amplifier from a first amplification level to a second amplification level.

The second is a real-valued or mixed-valued low-power coherent equalization technique, where a single-tap real-valued 4×4 MIMO equalizer plus four real-valued or two mixed-valued single-input single-out (SISO) equalizers are used for simultaneous polarization recovery, in-phase and quadrature (I/Q) phase error correction, and bandwidth equalization. The third is a power-efficient dual-DSP architecture to enhance coherent receiver performance, in which a complementary low-speed coherent DSP is introduced for optimal I/Q phase error correction and constellation decision parameters determination through more sophisticated algorithms that are too power hungry to be implemented in the primary high-speed DSP.
