Abstract: A memory device for CIM, applicable to a 3D AND-type flash memory, includes a memory array, input word line pairs, and a signal processing circuit. The memory array includes first and second pairs of memory cells. Each first pair of memory cells includes a first memory cell set coupled to a first GBL and a second memory cell set coupled to a second GBL. Each second pair of memory cells includes a third memory cell set coupled to the first GBL and a fourth memory cell set coupled to the second GBL. Each input word line pair includes a first input word line coupled to the first and the second memory cell sets, and a second input word line coupled to the third and the fourth memory cell sets s. The signal processing circuit is coupled to the first and second global bit lines.

The smoke detecting unit is disposed in the case, and includes a smoke collecting box and a control module electrically connected to the smoke collecting box. The layering plate is disposed in the case. The layering plate defines an upper layer space and a lower layer space in the case, the upper layer space is a smoke guiding space, and the smoke collecting box is accommodated in the upper layer space to facilitate smoke-containing air to flow to the smoke collecting box. The lower layer space is a module mounting space, and the control module is accommodated in the lower layer space to facilitate mounting of a sub-module of the control module that is detachable.

Abstract: A one-time activation smoke alarm includes a smoke alarm body and a wall-hanging base. The smoke alarm body includes a case and a sliding sheet. An engaging recessed slot and a supporting protrusion platform are respectively formed on two sides of a bottom of the case. The sliding sheet is slidably disposed on the supporting protrusion platform, and a front end of the sliding sheet has a pressed protrusion portion that extends into the engaging recessed slot. An engaging protrusion platform is formed on the wall-hanging base, and at least one abutting protrusion portion protrudes outward from a periphery of the engaging protrusion platform. The engaging protrusion platform and the engaging recessed slot are capable of being engaged and fixed together such that the abutting protrusion portion abuts the pressed protrusion portion and the smoke alarm body activates a detection function.

Abstract: A method of applying heat to living tissue mainly uses a device for performing heat treatment on at least a portion of the living tissue in high-low-high temperature steps. In high temperature step, the temperature of the at least a portion of the living tissue is heated and kept between 39-46° C., and the heating period is no longer than 30 minutes. In low temperature step, the at least a portion of the living tissue is cooled, and the low temperature period should not be greater than a natural cooling time interval. In addition, the low temperature period must also be shorter than the heating period. Thus, the present invention allows the abnormal cells to be selectively restored or apoptotic without damaging the normal cells.

Abstract: The present inventive concept discloses to a cleaning apparatus for cleaning both sides of the glass panel. The cleaning apparatus comprises two cleaning components attracted to each other and attached on opposite sides of the glass panel. Each of the cleaning components comprises a body, a cleaning module, and a plurality of magnetic modules. The body has a central portion and a peripheral portion. The body has plurality of grooves on a bottom surface of the peripheral portion. Each of the magnetic modules has a magnetic wheelset disposed in the groove and exposed on the bottom surface of the body. The two cleaning components are adsorbed to opposite sides of the glass panel by the magnetic attraction of the magnetic wheelsets. One of the cleaning components could be driven by a motor to rotate itself and drive the other cleaning component on the opposite side of the glass panel to rotate together.
