    Abstract: A device may include a processor configured to detect that an Internet Protocol Security (IPsec) tunnel from a user equipment (UE) device connected via a WiFi connection has become idle, based on the IPsec tunnel meeting an idleness criterion, and instruct the UE device to tear down the IPsec tunnel, in response to detecting that the IPsec tunnel from the UE device connected via the WiFi connection meets the idleness criterion. The device may be further configured to receive a mobile terminating call for the UE device; establish a new IPsec tunnel to the UE device via the WiFi connection, in response to receiving the mobile terminating call for the UE device; and forward the received mobile terminating call to the UE device via the established new IPsec tunnel.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to methods for the formation of high-voltage nano-sheet transistors and low-voltage gate-all-around transistors on a common substrate. The method includes forming a fin structure with first and second nano-sheet layers on the substrate. The method also includes forming a gate structure having a first dielectric and a first gate electrode on the fin structure and removing portions of the fin structure not covered by the gate structure. The method further includes partially etching exposed surfaces of the first nano-sheet layers to form recessed portions of the first nano-sheet layers in the fin structure and forming a spacer structure on the recessed portions. In addition, the method includes replacing the first gate electrode with a second dielectric and a second gate electrode, and forming an epitaxial structure abutting the fin structure.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a screen size adjustment method for LCD projectors, comprising a design of UI interface based on LCD display, a setting of zoom ratio threshold and a realization of UI zoom ratio function. The LCD projector screen size adjustment needs to be designed based on application scenarios and LCD display resolution (WPanel×HPanel) of the projector. A reasonable zoom ratio threshold is set based on the application scenario and product definition. After the zoom ratio threshold is determined, the system interface needs to be designed. When designing the system interface, the system interface resolution (WUI×HUI) should be determined according to the product of the screen resolution and the minimum value of the zoom ratio (Zmin), and the number of width and height pixels used in the final design of the system interface should not be higher than the value calculated above.

When electrode structures are formed overlying the light-emitting epitaxial layer, a first electrode layer partially covering the light-emitting epitaxial layer is omitted, thus a surface of the light-emitting epitaxial layer has a higher flatness. The m-diamide compound substituted with the 3-N-cyclopropylmethyl derivative, when serving as an insecticide, has the characteristics of a good fast-acting property, needing to use a low amount thereof, and being more beneficial for environmental protection. The 3-N-cyclopropylmethyl-2-fluorobenzamide compound is easy to synthesize and has mild conditions, and when used for preparing a m-diamide compound insecticide substituted with a 3-N-cyclopropylmethyl derivative, same is easy to synthesize and has a low synthesis cost and a high yield.

In the present disclosure, the polymerization system may be simple and stable, and the synthesis and purification of the reductant monomer may be simple, greatly reducing the polymerization cost. The reaction may not need temperature control and pressure control, with low energy consumption, easy operation, and less impact on the environment.

In an example method, a multi-link transmit end determines BSR signaling sent to a multi-link receive end, where the BSR signaling can enable the multi-link receive end to schedule a station of the multi-link transmit end over one or more links.
