The method may include receiving a request to read a file in a first layer in a container image including a plurality of layers, wherein the file is a delta file which is from an updated executable file based on a base executable file, the base executable file is in a lower layer than the first layer in the container image, and the delta file includes block mappings between the updated executable file and the base executable file and different data between the two files, and blocks included in the two files are based on respective file structure. The method may also include restoring the updated executable file based on the delta file and the base executable file. The method may further include returning data in the updated executable file.

    Abstract: Cell-free nucleic acid from extracellular particles (EPs) is analyzed. A sample can be purified for the extracellular particles. As examples, the purification can include centrifuging, washing, and a nuclease treatment. To increase the fetal fraction, the purification can enrich a sample for a certain type of EPs (e.g., long EPs). In this manner, a desired population of particles can be selected for the analysis of their nucleic acids. As part of an analysis of the nucleic acid molecules (fragments) from an enriched sample, nucleic acid molecules greater than a certain size can be selected, which can increase genetic and/or epigenetic informativeness, without an adverse effect (e.g., the reduction of fetal DNA fraction). The long nucleic acid fragments can be analyzed in various ways, including using short read sequencing techniques that perform fragmentation before sequencing and using long read sequencing techniques.

According to the present disclosure, a unit commitment of a hydro-power station and an operational solution of a reservoir are considered, so that photovoltaic output can be consumed by fully using a characteristic that the hydro-power unit is easy to regulate, and a demand for peak regulation of a power grid can be satisfied.
