Abstract: The present invention relates to an immune effector cell which expresses a chimeric antigen receptor targeting GPC3 and exogenous IL12. The present invention further provides a pharmaceutical composition containing the immune effector cell and a method for treating tumor, particularly GPC3 positive tumor by using the immune effector cell or the pharmaceutical composition. The immune effector cell in the present invention is effective to an entity tumor cell in vitro, and is outstanding in effect of extinguishing the entity tumor cell in vivo.

Abstract: A method for the continuous flow synthesis of (R)-4-halo-3-hydroxy-butyrate using a micro-reaction system. The micro-reaction system includes a micro-mixer, a certain number of micro-reaction units that are successively connected in series, a pH regulating system and a back pressure valve. The micro-reaction unit is composed of a micro-channel reactor and a pH regulator that are sequentially connected with each other. A substrate solution containing halogenated acetoacetate and a biocatalyst solution are simultaneously pumped into the micro-reaction system to enable continuous flow biocatalytic asymmetric reduction reaction of the halogenated acetoacetate to obtain the target product (R)-4-halo-3-hydroxy-butyrate.

Abstract: Described herein are system and method for pacing information delivery to mobile devices. The method comprises, for each respective request of a first plurality of requests received during a time unit that qualifies for information delivery, predicting a respective conversion probability corresponding to a predicted probability of a mobile device associated with the respective request having at least one location event at any of one or more POIs during a time frame corresponding to the time unit. The method further comprises placing a bid for fulfilling the respective request based on the respective conversion probability and a bidding model, determining a set of predicted numbers of conversions corresponding, respectively, to a set of ranges of predicted conversion probabilities for a first number of fulfilled requests corresponding to the time unit, and adjusting the bidding model based at least on the predicted number of conversions.

The chimeric protein can further comprise one or more Ig constant region or a portion thereof (e.g., an Fc region). A polypeptide chain comprising a VWF fragment of the invention binds to or is associated with a polypeptide chain comprising a FVIII protein linked to an XTEN sequence and the polypeptide chain comprising the VWF fragment can prevent or inhibit binding of endogenous VWF to the FVIII protein linked to the XTEN sequence. By preventing or inhibiting binding of endogenous VWF to the FVIII protein, which is a half-life limiting factor for FVIII, the VWF fragment can induce extension of half-life of the chimeric protein comprising a FVIII protein.
