  • Publication number: 20250088645
Abstract: Coding of the last coded coefficient position is performed by basing the coding of the y coordinate of the position of the last coded coefficient on knowledge of the size of the partial transform used to generate a block of coefficients from a block of video pixels. This enables a context adaptive coding of the last coded coefficient parameter to be performed much more efficiently.

  • Publication number: 20250088796
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an audio system, a method and a system for facilitating operation of a machine. The machine includes actuators assisting tools to perform tasks. In an example, the audio system is configured to receive an audio mixture of signals generated by audio sources including at least one of the tools performing the tasks, or the actuators. The audio sources forming the audio mixture are identified by a location relative to a location of each microphone of a microphone array measuring the audio mixture. The audio system is configured to extract an audio signal from the audio mixture generated by an identified audio source, based on a correlation of spectral features in a multi-channel spectrogram of the audio mixture with directional information indicative of the relative location of the identified audio source. The audio system outputs the extracted audio signal to facilitate the operation of the machine.

  • Publication number: 20250086405
Abstract: Some implementations relate to generating a training and/or evaluation dataset with LLM prompts (e.g., derived from user queries) based on a prompt complexity. An input prompt, for example derived from a user query, is received. The input prompt is decomposed into a prompt tree comprising a plurality of nodes. The plurality of nodes comprise: a plurality of leaf nodes corresponding to simple sub-prompts of the input query; a plurality of branch nodes of sub-prompts each corresponding to multiple simple sub-prompts; and a root node corresponding to the input prompt. A prompt complexity is determined based on a path length of the prompt tree. The prompt complexity is compared to a threshold complexity. If the prompt complexity is above the threshold complexity, the input prompt is included in a set of training prompts and/or a set of evaluation prompts.

  • Publication number: 20250085765
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for allocating and distributing power management budgets for subsystems of a computer system. For each of a plurality of subsystems, a power management system may generate a long-term power budget and a closed-loop power budget, and then determine a final power budget to provide to the subsystem, e.g., by applying a min function, a weighted sum, or some other function to the long-term power budget and the closed-loop power budget. The closed-loop power budget is determined based on observations of power draw over a past period of time, and therefore cannot respond immediately to large changes in power. The long-term power budget is generated based on a prediction of battery capability over an upcoming window of time, and may therefore provide a power cap before the system is under duress.

  • Publication number: 20250086694
Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for enhancing a merchant product webpage by providing additional content associated with a product being displayed on the merchant product webpage. A product catalog stores product records corresponding to data associated with different products. As a webpage is accessed by a user device, data is extracted from the merchant product webpage. The extracted data is used to identify one or more product records in the product catalog that are potential matches to the webpage. When multiple product records are identified, a remote server is used to access and interact with the webpage separate from the user device. Additional data is extracted from the webpage based on interactions by the remote server with the webpage. The additional data is used to determine a single product record for the webpage. The webpage is modified based on the single product record.
