Abstract: A leveling sensor, a load port including a leveling sensor, and a method of leveling a load port using a load port are disclosed. In an embodiment, a sensor includes an accelerometer configured to detect leveling and vibration of a load port and produce a plurality of data; a plurality of indicator lights configured to display a level measurement and a level direction based on the leveling of the load port; a processor configured to process the data produced by the accelerometer; and a wired connection configured to connect the processor to an external device.

Abstract: Integration of self-biased magnetic circulators with microwave devices is disclosed herein. In microwave and other high-frequency radio frequency (RF) applications, a magnetic circulator can be implemented with a smaller permanent magnet. Aspects disclosed herein include a process flow for producing a self-biased circulator in an integrated circuit chip. In this regard, a magnetic circulator junction can be fabricated on an active layer of a semiconductor wafer. A deep pocket or cavity is formed in an insulating substrate under the active layer. This cavity is then filled with a ferromagnetic material such that the circulator junction is self-biased within the integrated circuit chip, eliminating the need for an external magnet. The self-biased circulator provides high isolation between ports in a smaller integrated circuit.

Abstract: Embodiments of a station (STA) and method for communication in accordance with phase noise compensation are generally described herein. The STA may determine, based at least partly on one or more operational parameters, whether to perform phase noise compensation of data symbols of a received protocol data unit (PDU). For instance, the STA may compare the operational parameters with one or more thresholds. The STA may further determine a method of phase noise compensation based at least partly on one or more operational parameters. As an example, the STA may determine a type of interpolation to be used for an interpolation of phase noise estimates of pilot symbols to determine phase noise estimates of data symbols. Example operational parameters may include a signal quality metric, a carrier frequency offset (CFO) measurement and/or modulation and coding scheme (MCS).

Abstract: Disclosed is a suction irrigator, including a tri-lumen tube which includes a normal-pressure irrigation lumen, a high-pressure irrigation lumen and a suction lumen, a manifold connected to the tri-lumen tube, two flexible tubes, a control unit and a dual-drainage tube connected to the two flexible tubes, where the cross-sectional area of the suction lumen is larger than that of the normal-pressure irrigation lumen, and the cross-sectional area of the normal-pressure irrigation lumen is larger than that of the high-pressure irrigation lumen; and the normal-pressure irrigation lumen and the high-pressure irrigation lumen are connected to one of the flexible tubes and the suction lumen is connected to the other flexible tube by means of the manifold; and flow rates of gas or liquid in the two flexible tubes are controlled by the control unit. The suction irrigator has a good irrigation effect and is convenient to use.

Abstract: A magnetic memory device includes a first magnetic tunnel junction pattern on a substrate, a second magnetic tunnel junction pattern on the first magnetic tunnel junction pattern, and a conductive line between the first magnetic tunnel junction pattern and the second magnetic tunnel junction pattern. The conductive line is configured such that a current flowing through the conductive line flows in parallel to an interface between the conductive line and each of the first and second magnetic tunnel junction patterns.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system for integrally treating a composite waste gas including nitrogen oxides (NOx and N2O), chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), and perfluorinated compounds (PFCs). The system includes a first wet processor configured to wash and adsorb dust including gases, SOx, and ash dissolved in water, a decomposing reactor configured to receive waste gas processed in the first wet processor and process nitrogen oxides (NOx and N2O), fluorocarbons (CFCs), hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs), hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), and perfluorinated compounds (PFCs) in the waste gas, and a second wet processor configured to receive the waste gas processed in the decomposing reactor and wash and adsorb the received waste gas. The system can efficiently treat a large amount of composite waste gas.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing for full-duplex (FD) operation in time division duplex (TDD) communications are disclosed herein. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive an indication of a first, UL heavy, TDD uplink (UL)/downlink (DL) configuration and an indication of a second, DL heavy, TDD UL/DL configuration. The WTRU may also receive a grant in a common DL subframe. The WTRU may apply the hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process timing associated with one of the TDD UL/DL configurations for DL HARQ feedback. Also, the WTRU may monitor a set of subframes for a UL or a DL grant. Further, the WTRU may receive a grant in a subframe which may include an indication of a reference TDD UL/DL configuration. The WTRU may then apply the HARQ process timing associated with the reference TDD UL/DL configuration for DL HARQ feedback.
