Abstract: The present disclosure provides compounds of Formula (I), and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, hydrates, polymorphs, co-crystals, tautomers, stereoisomers, isotopically labeled derivatives, and prodrugs thereof. The provided compounds may be kinase (e.g., HCK, BTK, LYN) inhibitors. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions and kits including the provided compounds. Further provided are methods of using the provided compounds, pharmaceutical compositions, and kits (e.g., for treating diseases (e.g., proliferative diseases) in a subject in need thereof).

Abstract: Techniques for implementing proactive data security operations for files using an analysis of access permission levels for the files are disclosed. In some embodiments, a computer system performs operations comprising: determining that data of a file includes sensitive information based on an analysis of the data using a data classification model; determining that access to the file is open using an access classification model; and based on the determination that the data of the file includes sensitive information and the determination that the access to the file is open, causing a notification to be displayed on a computing device of a user, the notification comprising an indication that the file includes sensitive information and that access to the file is open.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method, an electronic device, and a computer program product for molecular docking. The method includes: determining a first feature representation characterizing a first molecule and a second feature representation characterizing a second molecule; determining a candidate region for the first molecule based at least on the first feature representation and the second feature representation, the candidate region comprising multiple candidate positions for docking the first molecule with the second molecule; and for each candidate position of the multiple candidate positions, determining a result of docking the first molecule with the second molecule at the candidate position. With the solution of the present disclosure, it is possible to calculate the docking result for the candidate region for the first molecule rather than the entire region, thereby reducing the amount of computation.

Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to encoding wireless communications using feedback from receiving devices to achieve an adaptive coding rate, which can include generating, for a set of source symbols representing data to be transmitted in a broadcast channel, a set of encoded symbols for transmitting in the broadcast channel, transmitting a first number of the set of encoded symbols over the broadcast channel, requesting, based on transmitting the first number of the set of encoded symbols, feedback from a set of user equipment (UEs), and determining, based at least in part on the feedback, whether to continue transmitting a second number of the set of encoded symbols or begin transmitting a new set of encoded symbols representing new data to be transmitted in the broadcast channel.

Abstract: Techniques are described herein for an integrated in-front database cache (“IIDC”) providing an in-memory, consistent, and automatically managed cache for primary database data. An IIDC comprises a database server instance that (a) caches data blocks from a source database managed by a second database server instance, and (b) performs recovery on the cached data using redo records for the database data. The IIDC instance implements relational algebra and is configured to run any complexity of query over the cached database data. Any cache miss results in the IIDC instance fetching the needed block(s) from a second database server instance managing the source database that provides the IIDC instance with the latest version of the requested data block(s) that is available to the second instance. Because redo records are used to continuously update the data blocks in an IIDC cache, the IIDC guarantees consistency of query results.

Abstract: An image inpainting system is described that receives an input image that includes a masked region. From the input image, the image inpainting system generates a synthesized image that depicts an object in the masked region by selecting a first code that represents a known factor characterizing a visual appearance of the object and a second code that represents an unknown factor characterizing the visual appearance of the object apart from the known factor in latent space. The input image, the first code, and the second code are provided as input to a generative adversarial network that is trained to generate the synthesized image using contrastive losses. Different synthesized images are generated from the same input image using different combinations of first and second codes, and the synthesized images are output for display.

Abstract: This disclosure provides methods and systems useful in array-based analysis of mixed nucleic acid populations, including for multiplex genotyping of a mixed nucleic acid sample and for detecting differences in copy number of a target polynucleotide and/or a target chromosome (e.g., microdeletions, duplications and aneuploidies). The disclosure also provides methods and systems useful in the diagnosis of genetic abnormalities in a mixed nucleic acid population taken non-invasively from an organism, such as a sample of blood, plasma, serum, urine stool or saliva. The disclosed methods and systems find use in multiple applications, including prenatal testing and cancer diagnostics.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, methods, apparatuses and computer readable storage media of Channel Occupancy Time (COT) for Sidelink (SL) communication in Unlicensed band (U-band). The method includes receiving, at a first device and from a second device, configuration information associated with a COT at least for a SL transmission of the first device on an unlicensed resource pool allocated for the first device, the configuration information at least indicating whether a listen before talk procedure is required to be performed at the first device within the COT before the SL transmission; and performing the SL transmission within the COT based on the configuration information. In this way, the COT sharing mechanism can be used for SL communications in U-band and therefore a sensing procedure for resource selection may not be impacted by the LBT procedure.

Abstract: A method for automatic adjustment of a power grid operation mode based on reinforcement learning is provided. An expert system for automatic adjustment is designed, which relies on the control sequence of thermal power units, enabling automatic decision-making for power grid operation mode adjustment. A sensitivity matrix is extracted from the historical operating data of the power grid, from which a foundational thermal power unit control sequence is derived. An overload control strategy for lines within the expert system is devised. A reinforcement learning model optimizes the thermal power unit control sequence, which refines the foundational thermal power unit control sequence and provides the expert system with the optimized control sequence for automatic decision-making in power grid operation mode adjustment. This method offers a solution to balancing and absorption challenges brought about by fluctuations on both the supply and demand sides in high-proportion renewable energy power systems.

According to the device, multiple coal cutting machines are used for simultaneously carrying out coal cutting operation, and single-point coal cutting is changed into multiple-point simultaneous coal cutting, so that the coal cutting production capacity and the production efficiency are greatly improved. The multiple coal cutting machines can derive multiple control modes, so that the production flexibility and adaptability are improved.
