    Abstract: A multi-line laser radar includes a first radar component, where the first radar component includes n lasers, an optical collimating unit, a scanning rotating mirror, and a detector, where n is greater than 1. Each laser is configured to emit one laser beam to the optical collimating unit. The optical collimating unit is configured to collimate n laser beams, where the collimated n laser beams are incident on a target reflector of the scanning rotating mirror. The scanning rotating mirror includes m reflectors rotating around a rotation axis, where a rotation plane of the rotation axis is perpendicular to an arrangement direction of the collimated n laser beams, and m is greater than 1. The target reflector reflects the received collimated n laser beams to a detection area of the first radar component. The detector receives echo signals of the reflected n laser beams in the detection area.

The catalyst prepared by the method of the present invention has adjustable variability for pore size, so that the activity thereof for epoxidation reactions of the olefin molecules with different dynamic diameters is higher; the surface acidity of the catalyst can be reduced effectively through two-step modification to the catalyst, so that the catalyst has higher selectivity for epoxidation product.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are compositions and methods suitable for treating acute leukemia by inhibiting ? ? ? stacking in the YEATS protein domain. YEATS protein domains are typically found in a variety of chromatin modification molecular complexes. Cancer cells are characterized by aberrant epigenetic landscapes and often exploit chromatin machinery to activate oncogenic gene expression programs. Quantitative analysis of the inhibitory activity of YEATS domain inhibitors by use of a fluorescence-based assay revealed that several of the tested inhibitors achieved 50% inhibition at the submicro/nanomolar level. As such, provided is the use of small molecule inhibitors that target the ENL YEATS domain to selectively kill leukemic MLL-r cells.

OCT signals of scattering samples in a 3D space are acquired by a collector; a theoretical classifier, local signal-noise ratios (SNRs) and decorrelation coefficients of the OCT scattering signals are combined to establish a two-dimensional (2D) feature space to realize classification of dynamic blood flow signals and static tissues. Specifically, computational analysis of first-order and zero-order autocovariance is used to obtain two features of SNR and decorrelation of each OCT scattering signal; a 2D inverse SNR (iSNR)-decorrelation feature (ID) space is established; and based on the multivariate time series theory, a linear classifier is established in the ID space to remove a static surrounding tissue background. The 3D OCTA method and system can improve the contrast of blood flow images and-improve the accuracy of blood flow quantification.
