    Abstract: A control system for an automatic guided vehicle includes a vehicle, a contour-detection module, a position-detection module, and a processing device. The contour-detection module is disposed on the vehicle. The contour-detection module is configured to detect a ceiling and a target object, which is disposed on the ceiling, and to generate a contour signal. The position-detection module is disposed on the vehicle. The position-detection module is configured to detect the position of the vehicle and generate a position signal. The processing device is configured to generate a target mark corresponding to the target object according to the contour signal and the position signal. The processing device is configured to automatically control the carrier to move along a movement path. When the contour-detection module detects the target object, the processing device corrects the movement direction of the vehicle according to the target mark.

    Abstract: This invention relates to a plasma chemical vapor deposition microwave resonant cavity, which has a high focusing ability and can be flexibly configured. The resonant cavity is a rotary body formed by two isosceles triangles intersecting at the vertex angles with a Boolean union operation. The base angles of the two triangles are 50°˜75°. Between 2n?˜(2n+0.5) ?, the base lengths of the two triangles are equal or have an n? difference, where n is an integer and ? is the microwave wavelength. The distance between the centroids of the upper and the lower isosceles triangles is 0˜4/5?. A strongly focused electric field can be formed in the cavity by adjusting the base lengths, base angles and centroid distance. Different dielectric windows, microwave coupling modes and gas inlet and outlet modes can be selected in the cavity to fit specific applications. The cavity has simple structures.

The first transferring member transports the carrier to the shifting member. The shifting member transfers the carrier from the first transferring member to the spot welder. The conveying member transfers the body into contact with the solder joints. The spot welder applies heat to melt the solder joints to bond the standard members to the body.

With the joint compilation method and system of the present invention, an executable program body, which can run on a heterogeneous hardware architecture system and be mixed with hardware machine instruction codes of various heterogeneous units at different levels, can be automatically compiled, optimized and generated by activating one compilation.

Compared with traditional processes like SiO2 thermal oxidation, above method has advantages of simple process, low cost, suitable for large-area preparation, with great market application value.
