    Abstract: A real-time vector analysis method for detecting an optical signal with a bandwidth greater than 1 THz includes: mapping, by a time-lens focusing system, a spectrum of a signal under test to different temporal location information; obtaining, by fully broadening an ultrashort pulse by a dispersion, a time domain spectrum of the ultrashort pulse to form a chirped swept frequency source; inputting an out of the signal under test after passing through the time-lens and the chirped swept frequency source to a coherent receiver to realize an interference process and a conversion of an optical signal to an electrical signal, and recovering an intensity information and a phase information of frequency domain of the signal under test from the electrical signal by data acquisition and processing; then recovering a full-field information of time domain of the signal under test by a Fourier inverse transform.

    Abstract: A drive structure of a desktop robotic arm is disclosed, including a base and a turntable. The base is internally provided with a turntable drive motor and a turntable drive shaft, the turntable drive motor is drive-connected to the turntable drive shaft, and the turntable drive shaft is drive-connected to the turntable. The turntable is provided with an upper arm drive motor and a forearm drive motor. The turntable drive motor, the upper arm drive motor and the forearm drive motor are all servo motors with absolute value encoders. According to the drive structure of the desktop robotic arm, by using servo motors as the drive motors for controlling the turntable, an upper arm and a forearm, for which the absolute value encoders are correspondingly configured, control accuracy and driving power can be improved. Further, the present invention also discloses a desktop robotic arm and a robot.

    Abstract: Ruthenium of a metal gate (MG) and/or a middle end of line (MEOL) structure is annealed to reduce, or even eliminate, seams after the ruthenium is deposited. Because the annealing reduces (or removes) seams in deposited ruthenium, electrical performance is increased because resistivity of the MG and/or the MEOL structure is decreased. Additionally, for MGs, the annealing generates a more even deposition profile, which results in a timed etching process producing a uniform gate height. As a result, more of the MGs will be functional after etching, which increases yield during production of the electronic device.

In addition, the method includes introducing oxygen-containing plasma on the first metal-containing layer to transform an upper portion of the first metal-containing layer into a metal oxide layer.
