Abstract: A tunnel constraint anchor cable and a method for improving stability of an initial support structure. The tunnel constraint anchor cable comprises steel strands (1) anchored in surrounding rock, first anchor plates (2) and first anchorage devices (3) which are installed on the surface of the surrounding rock, longitudinal connection members (5) installed between two adjacent steel ribs (4), and second anchor plates (6) and second anchorage devices (7) which are installed on the longitudinal connection members (5). With the support of the tunnel constraint anchor cable, the ability of the initial support structure to resist self instability and destruction is improved, overall settlement and convergence deformation of the initial support structure can also be suppressed. The method for improving stability of an initial support structure has the characteristics of simplicity, speed, reliability, and avoiding interference with subsequent construction processes of tunnels.

Abstract: An illustrative method includes a batch analytic system receiving batch data of a batch generated in an industrial process, wherein the batch data includes K samples collected during the batch and each sample includes J values corresponding to J process variables of the industrial process, applying, for each process variable among the J process variables of the industrial process, a first function to K values of the process variable in the K samples of the batch to determine a first feature value of the process variable for the batch, aggregating first feature values corresponding to the J process variables that are determined for the batch using the first function to form a batch representation of the batch, and performing an operation using the batch representation of the batch.

The UE may transmit a reference signal in the uplink gap. The UE may perform at least one of a self-interference measurement or a beam pair calibration for full-duplex communication based at least in part on the reference signal. Abstract: A combined HER2 and MESO dual-target CAR-T vector, a construction method therefor and an application thereof in cancer are provided; specifically, a bispecific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) containing HER2 scFv and MESO scFv, a 4-1BB co-stimulatory domain, and a CD3 activation domain is provided. The bispecific CAR-T cell has a significant killing effect on HER2-positive target cells and MESO-positive target cells and can improve on the tumor-killing effect of T cells; the cytokines produced have a super-additive effect, and compared with a single-target CAR-T, can better clear tumor cells, alleviate antigen escape caused by tumor heterogeneity, and further strengthen the ability of CAR-T cells to kill tumors.
