    Abstract: A system and a method for detecting multi-level intrusion events are provided. The system includes an area recognition module and an area classification module. The area recognition module performs a geometric topology operation to recognize a plurality of areas in a ground plane that has a plurality of boundaries and a plurality of gates, and each of the areas is constituted of at least one of the boundaries and at least one of the gates. The area classification module defines a plurality of security levels and classifies each of the areas recognized by the area recognition module as one of the security levels. Accordingly, the system is able to automatically recognize the areas in the ground plane, set the security levels of the areas, and generate the corresponding detection areas and tripwires according to the security levels of the areas.

The motor is a spring motor including a motor unit and a torsion spring having two ends affixing at a motor housing and to the rotary shaft respectively. After the rotary shaft outputs a mechanical torque at one rotational direction, the torsion spring applies a spring force against the rotary shaft to drive the rotary shaft to rotate backward for generating the reciprocating rotational power. Using the spring motor in the electric reciprocating motion device, the device achieves the goals of simple mechanical structure, small volume, easy to install, and low in cost.

    Abstract: A multilayer embedded stressor having a graded dopant profile for use in a semiconductor structure for inducing strain on a device channel region is provided. The inventive multilayer stressor is formed within areas of a semiconductor structure in which source/drain regions are typically located. The inventive multilayer stressor includes a first conformal epi semiconductor layer that is undoped or lightly doped and a second epi semiconductor layer that is highly dopant relative to the first epi semiconductor layer. The first and second epi semiconductor layers each have the same lattice constant, which is different from that of the substrate they are embedded in. The structure including the inventive multilayer embedded stressor achieves a good balance between stress proximity and short channel effects, and even eliminates or substantially reduces any possible defects that are typically generated during formation of the deep source/drain regions.
