    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit a first-attempt random access preamble to a base station via a first frequency resource. The first frequency resource may be within a first bandwidth part (BWP), a first component carrier (CC), a first frequency subband, or any combination thereof. If the UE fails to detect a random access response (RAR) for the first-attempt random access preamble within the time period, the UE may transmit a second-attempt random access preamble to the base station. In some examples, the UE may transmit the second-attempt random access preamble via a different, second frequency resource, which may be within a second BWP, a second CC, a second frequency subband, or any combination thereof. The base station may transmit an indication of the second frequency resource to the UE.

    Abstract: A Cross-Platform Single Sign On (CP-SSO) experience is provided herein to enable users to access multiple services via a single login when working across different platforms. A user may work across different platform when using multiple devices, when using multiple browsers on a single device, or when an integrated application requires a separate login for access within a host web application or portal service. A proxy token service manages login requests and authentication tokens after a given service has been logged into once by a user, so that the user does not need to provide login credentials on subsequent requests for the given service. By enabling a CP-SSO experience, network efficiency is improved, and the user experience is also improved as users do not need to supply authentication credentials as frequently and may freely choose to use multiple platforms instead of limiting usage to a single platform.

A network node may identify a set of packets (e.g., from a packet pool) that are scheduled for broadcast to a plurality of user equipments (UEs) and transmit a set of network encoded packets based on the set of packets. The network node may receive feedback from one or more of the plurality of UEs, and the feedback may indicate successfully decoded packets by each of the one or more UEs. Based on the feedback, the network node may identify an updated set of packets and transmit the updated set. The transmitter may continue to update and transmit based on feedback until the feedback indicates that updated set of packets is empty.

    Abstract: Techniques for image quality enhancement for autonomous vehicle remote operations are disclosed herein. An image processing system of an autonomous vehicle can obtain images captured by at least two different cameras and stitch the images together to create a combined image. The image processing system can apply region blurring to a portion of the combined image to create an enhanced combined image, e.g., to blur regions/objects determined to be less import (or unimportant) for the remote operations. The image processing system can encode pixel areas of the enhanced combined image using a corresponding quality setting for respective pixel areas to create encoded image files, e.g., based on complexity levels of the respective pixel areas. The image processing system can transmit the encoded image files to a remote operations system associated with the autonomous vehicle for remote operations support.
