The first communication may include first information associated with the first data transmission and a first redundancy version indicator (rv Index). The example method also includes attempting to receive the first data transmission based on the first information. The example method also includes transmitting, based on the first rv Index, a first quantity of repetitions of first data feedback for the first data transmission.

Abstract: A device and method for simulating dynamics of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion in geological process is provided. The device contains a reaction system which has a reactor having a sample chamber formed therein for placing a sample and a sample sleeve being arranged within the sample chamber for receiving the sample. The sample sleeve has a cylindrical body enclosing the sample in a circumferential direction, an outer side wall of the cylindrical body being in engagement with an inner side wall of the reactor, and the cylindrical body being perforated to form a channel for product circulation between an outer side wall of the sample and the inner side wall of the reactor.

Abstract: A data-driven prediction-based system and method for trajectory planning of autonomous vehicles are disclosed. A particular embodiment includes: generating a first suggested trajectory for an autonomous vehicle; generating predicted resulting trajectories of proximate agents using a prediction module; scoring the first suggested trajectory based on the predicted resulting trajectories of the proximate agents; generating a second suggested trajectory for the autonomous vehicle and generating corresponding predicted resulting trajectories of proximate agents, if the score of the first suggested trajectory is below a minimum acceptable threshold; and outputting a suggested trajectory for the autonomous vehicle wherein the score corresponding to the suggested trajectory is at or above the minimum acceptable threshold.

Abstract: A fusion protein of interleukin-2 and human serum albumin. By electroporating a plasmid carrying interleukin-2 and human serum albumin fusion gene into a CHO cell, a CHO monoclonal cell line stably and efficiently expressing a human recombinant protein is obtained. The monoclonal cell line can secrete and express a fusion protein of interleukin-2 and human serum albumin. The fusion protein can prolong the plasma half-life of human interleukin-2, and can be used for preparing human interleukin-2 drugs or drugs for treating various diseases such as tumors and immunodeficiency diseases.

Abstract: Various examples described herein are directed to systems and methods for determining a drift between an account managed by an entity and a benchmark. A time period for which the drift will be calculated is assigned and a first category having a first metric is selected. The first metric is calculated and compared to a benchmark drift profile where a score is assigned to the first metric based on the comparison. A determination is then made that a second metric for a second category having a second metric is needed to calculate the drift. The calculating, the comparing, and the assigning operations are repeated for the second metric, such that a second score is assigned for the second metric. The drift is then calculated based on the first score for the first metric and the second score for the second metric.

Abstract: Provided is a library construction method based on long overhang sequence ligation, a library constructed by the library construction method, for example, a CRISPR library of pair-specific multiplexed guide RNA (gRNA) combinations, and a use of the library. The CRISPR library of pair-specific multiplexed gRNA combinations can be used to simultaneously perturb multiple (e.g., 4) pre-designed targets in CRISPR/Cas9 screening. The CRISPR library of pair-specific multiplexed gRNA combinations can be a powerful tool for studying the combinatorial outcomes from coordinated gene behaviors.

Abstract: Organic intermediate synthesis, and provides a method for light-promoted oxidation of a compound containing a saturated carbon-hydrogen bond, comprising mixing a compound containing a saturated carbon-hydrogen bond with a catalyst, and oxidizing the compound containing a saturated carbon-hydrogen bond in an oxygen or air atmosphere at a temperature of 20° C. to 100° C. under light irradiation to generate an oxidation product.
