    Abstract: A method includes forming a transistor at a surface of a semiconductor substrate, wherein the step of forming the transistor comprises forming a gate electrode, and forming a source/drain region adjacent the gate electrode. First metal features are formed to include at least portions at a same level as the gate electrode. Second metal features are formed simultaneously, and are over and contacting the first metal features. A first one of the second metal features is removed and replaced with a third metal feature, wherein a second one of the second metal features is not removed. A fourth metal feature is formed directly over and contacting the gate electrode, wherein the third and the fourth metal features are formed using a same metal-filling process.

The output circuit is configured to generate an output signal in response to the driving signal. A second edge of the output signal has a slew rate corresponding to a changing rate of a voltage of the driving signal on the first edge. The compensation circuit is configured to be enabled at a beginning of the first edge to pull the voltage of the driving signal on the first edge toward a threshold voltage. The compensation circuit is further configured to be disabled in response to and after the voltage of the driving signal on the first edge reaching the threshold voltage.

The variable sub-carrier spacing and symbol duration is determined via parameters indicating the sub-carrier spacing, useful symbol length, and cyclic prefix length. An embodiment method, by a network or a network controller, includes establishing a plurality of multiple access block (MAB) types defining different combinations of sub-carrier spacing and symbol duration for waveform transmissions. The method further includes partitioning a frequency and time plane of a carrier spectrum band into a plurality of MAB regions comprising frequency-time slots for the waveform transmissions. The MAB types are then selected for the MAB regions, wherein one MAB type is assigned to one corresponding MAB region.

An outer surface of the annular boss is provided with a plurality of air guiding grooves, and the plurality of air guiding grooves are distributed in a circumferential direction of the annular boss. The air guiding grooves are inclined upward or downward, such that part of an upwind incoming flow flowing to the annular boss can be guided into the annular recesses adjacent to the annular boss via the air guiding grooves. With the convex-concave outer surface, the cause of formation of the vortex-induced vibration can be prevented.
