    Abstract: A method of identifying NPK-deficiency includes measuring intensities of light reflected from a cannabis plant to produce intensities at a set of spectral bands, wherein the cannabis plant is one variety of a plurality of varieties of cannabis. The intensities are applied to a classifier so that the classifier provides one of an indication that the cannabis plant is NPK-deficient or an indication that the cannabis plant is NPK-sufficient, wherein the classifier has been trained using plants that include each of the plurality of varieties of cannabis.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for covering the optical system of a moving head light fixture with a filter or diffuser when the lighting fixture is turned off is provided. The filter or diffuser is positioned in the optical path between a lighting element and a lens. A retraction device is energized to retract the filter or diffuser from the optical path during normal operation. Upon removal of power to the fixture, the filter mechanism automatically returns the filter or diffuser to its position in the optical path. In this way, the optical system of the fixture can be protected from damage caused by impinging strong light and/or sunlight when the fixture is not in use.

The exoskeletal devices or sleeves are rigid, pre-shaped, and snappably or slidably affixed to the delivery tube. The exoskeletal devices or sleeves do not come into contact with the flowable biocompatible fluid being dispensed, and they can be placed at any position along the delivery tube to address different application situations. Once the exoskeletal device or sleeve is in place, it can optionally be locked onto the delivery tube to prevent further sliding under stresses when pushed against tissue. Multiple exoskeletal devices or sleeves can also be used to achieve more complicated shapes for hard-to-reach anatomical sites.
