  • Patent number: 12190178
Abstract: Automation solutions for event logging and debugging on KUBERNETES are disclosed. A method for navigating data associated with a distributed application cluster includes providing an edge module configured to deploy a Berkeley Packet Filter (BPF) probe and a corresponding BPF program in a computing environment. The BPF probe is triggered based on an event associated with a distributed application running in a user space of the computing environment, the distributed application being one entity of a plurality of entities on the distributed application cluster. Data associated with the event is collected in a kernel space of the computing environment via the BPF program. At least one relationship is identified between the distributed application and at least one entity of the plurality of entities based on the collected data. At least one recommended data set based on the at least one identified relationship is provided via a user interface.

  • Patent number: 12192986
Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may identify a set of resources for exchanging, with a second UE, resource availability information associated with a sidelink channel. The set of resources are not allocated to a legacy UE. Accordingly, the first UE may exchange, with the second UE and using the set of resources, the resource availability information associated with the sidelink channel. Alternatively, the legacy UE may receive, from the second UE, a communication on a sidelink channel and determine that the communication is associated with resource availability information for the sidelink channel Accordingly, the first UE may discard the communication based at least in part on the communication being associated with resource availability information for the sidelink channel. Numerous other aspects are provided.

  • Patent number: 12189469
Abstract: A PCIe device error handling system includes a BIOS subsystem coupled to a PCIe device and a BMC device. The BIOS subsystem identifies an error in the PCIe device and, in response, begins an SMM that suspends the performance of at least one workload in an operating system, and generates and transmits a PCIe device error information collection instruction associated with the PCIe device to the BMC device. Subsequent to transmitting the PCIe device error information collection instruction, the BIOS subsystem ends the SMM such that the performance of at least one workload is resumed in the operating system. In response to receiving the PCIe device error information collection instruction from the BIOS subsystem, the BMC device retrieves PCIe device error information from the PCIe device while the operating system performs the at least one workload, and stores the PCIe device error information.

  • Patent number: 12192104
Abstract: Techniques for identifying network congestion and adapting network performance to relieve the network congestion are described. As described, a network element such as a switch reports network congestion indicators such as link level control frames to a network controller. The network controller uses the network congestion indicators reported from the network elements to identify congestion points, data traffic, and data flows experiencing congestion at a network level. The network controller then determines optimized control parameters for the network in order to reduce or alleviate the congestion at the congestion points.
