    Abstract: This document describes methods by which a system determines a pickup/drop-off zone (PDZ) to which a vehicle will navigate to perform a ride service request. The system will define a PDZ that is a geometric interval that is within a lane of a road at the requested destination of the ride service request by: (i) accessing map data that includes the geometric interval; (ii) using the vehicle's length and the road's speed limit at the destination to calculate a minimum allowable length for the PDZ; (iii) setting, start point and end point boundaries for the PDZ having an intervening distance that is equal to or greater than the minimum allowable length; and (iv) positioning the PDZ in the lane at or within a threshold distance from the requested destination. The system will then generate a path to guide the vehicle to the PDZ.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a method for preparing amorphous particle-modified magnesium alloy surface-gradient composites and pertains to the technical field of composites. The method comprises steps of: holding the temperature at 150˜350° C. for FeCrMoBC amorphous alloy particles; mixing pure magnesium, pure zinc, pure aluminum, pure copper and Mg-5 wt % Mn alloy under continuous protective gases, gradually raising temperature to 720˜760° C. and melting at a constant temperature for 15˜25 min to obtain a magnesium alloy melt; cooling the magnesium alloy melt to 600˜635° C. and starting mechanical stirring; continuing the cooling until the semi-solid temperature is 570˜615° C., slowly adding the above FeCrMoBC amorphous alloy particles, holding for 2˜5 min after mixing evenly, and cooling the crucible with water to obtain an amorphous particle-modified magnesium alloy surface-gradient composite.

According to the method of the present disclosure, an adjacency matrix of a graph, which includes a plurality of points and edges connecting the plurality of points, is first established; then, search is made for an accessible path that can reach a destination from a starting point based on the adjacency matrix. Especially, a termination condition for the searching is set based on an already-sought path during the searching, and the corresponding search is terminated in response to the termination condition being met during the searching. With the present disclosure, it may substantially reduce repeated traversal, obvious reduce the time taken to search for accessible paths between two nodes, and significantly improve the efficiency in searching for the accessible path.
