The plastic mesh openings are disposed at one end of the upright segment, the other end of the upright segment is connected to one end of the horizontal segment, and the other end of the horizontal segment is connected to the steel wire mesh box. The upper surface of the upright segment of the plastic corrugated pipe is lower than the upper surface of the field ditch, and the lower edge of the plastic mesh openings is higher than the bottom surface of the field ditch.

    Abstract: Display spectacles and a driving method thereof are disclosed. The display spectacles include a spectacle frame and two display devices provided on the spectacle frame as spectacle lenses. Each of the display devices includes a backlight, a lower substrate on a light exit side of the backlight, an upper substrate arranged opposite to the lower substrate, a liquid crystal layer located between the upper substrate and the lower substrate, a plurality of electrode structures located between the upper substrate and the lower substrate, and a control unit. During displaying, the electrode structure deflects liquid crystal molecules in the liquid crystal layer corresponding to the electrode structure to form a microprism structure. The control unit adjusts a voltage on the electrode structure, thereby controlling total internal reflection or refraction of the microprism structure for light emitted from the backlight, and the adjustment for display gray scale can thus be realized.

    Abstract: A virtual curved surface display panel and a display device are provided. By using the light splitting principle of the grating structure, the imaging heights of the grating structures are designed to be symmetrically distributed with respect to a vertical symmetry axis of a display surface of the flat display panel. In the grating structures on the same side of the symmetry axis, the imaging heights of the respective grating structures having the same distance from the vertical symmetry axis are the same, and the imaging heights of the respective grating structures having different distances from the vertical symmetry axis are different from each other. By setting the imaging heights of the grating structures, the image distances of the pixels in the flat display panel are different so that the images of the plurality of pixels constitute a curved surface.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for conducting non-destructive testing of fiber composite components are disclosed. The system may include a wire coil proximate the component and a power source connected to the wire coil. A controller may be connected to the power source and configured to continuously vary a current passing through the wire coil to generate a constantly changing magnetic field. A temperature sensor may be configured to detect a temperature of a plurality of regions of the component. The power source may be an AC or DC power source. The method may include generating a constantly changing magnetic field in proximity to a carbon-fiber composite, thereby inducing an electrical current in the carbon-fiber composite, and measuring a temperature of a plurality of different regions of the carbon-fiber composite to determine whether a defect is present. A defect may be identified by a temperature abnormality in a region.

An example system controller includes: a driver configured to output a drive signal to a switch to affect a current flowing through an inductive winding of a power converter, the drive signal being associated with a switching period including an on-time period and an off-time period. The switch is closed in response to the drive signal during the on-time period. The switch is opened in response to the drive signal during the off-time period. A duty cycle is equal to a duration of the on-time period divided by a duration of the switching period. One minus the duty cycle is equal to a parameter. The system controller is configured to keep a multiplication product of the duty cycle, the parameter and the duration of the on-time period approximately constant.

After the insertion of the macro into the template, the system identifies pre-defined terms and fills in the key information value(s). The system thus facilitates, e.g., radiologists' observation reporting procedure through an intelligent matching algorithm that facilitates finding a unique macro, which in turn aids in filling in report field instance values and optimizes radiology workflow.

    Abstract: An AlGaN/GaN HEMT based on fluorinated graphene passivation and a manufacturing method thereof. Monolayer graphene (108) is transferred to an AlGaN (104) surface, is treated by using fluoride ions and then is insulated to thereby replace a conventional nitride passivation layer. Then, a high-k material (109) is grown on the graphene (108), and the high-k material (109) and the graphene (108) are jointly used as a gate dielectric for preparing an AlGaN/GaN metal-insulator-semiconductor (MIS) HEMT. Compared with the traditional passivation structure, the graphene (108) has the advantages of small physical thickness (sub-nanometer scale) and low additional threshold voltage. The structure and the method are simple, the effect is remarkable and the application prospect in technical fields of microelectronics and solid-state electronics is wide.
