In particular, the transactional payment system allows users of a messaging system to send and receive electronic payments to and from other users of the messaging system. A messaging application on a client device can receive payment information input (such as a payment amount and payment method) from a sender for making a payment to a recipient. The messaging application can send a payment message including the payment information to a messaging system, and the messaging system coordinates a payment process based on the payment information. During the payment process, the messaging system can provide status updates to the sender and receiver of the payment via status messages that are included in a message thread corresponding to the sender and the recipient.

    Abstract: Methods and devices for transmitting machine type communication (MTC) system information are provided. A base station determines the ability of an MTC apparatus to detect information in a cell. The ability to detect information includes whether the MTC apparatus supports searching for default MTC system information in a target resource region. The base station may further map a target physical resource in a time-frequency region corresponding to the preset sub-frame according to the information detection ability and a preset resource mapping manner. The target physical resource is used to load the default MTC system information. The base station may also broadcast the preset MTC system information by the target physical resource.

The present application by controlling a basic TLV message exchange enables to establish a secure channel in race condition and achieves a high reliability of the product as this makes product launch MACsec services quickly and available for the service. Accordingly, when both sides (two supplicants) exchange hello with basic TLV at the same time, triggering the race condition, drops first message from the authenticator at supplicant and update the peer MN and the supplicant will not send reply. The authenticator when send next message (basic+potential peer TLV) with peer MN incremented by 1, the supplicant will respond with incremental message with live peer TLV.
