Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is a hyoscyamine aldehyde reductase (HAR) and uses thereof. The hyoscyamine aldehyde reductase has an amino acid residue sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO. 4 and a nucleotide sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO. 3. After prokaryotic expression of the hyoscyamine aldehyde reductase, a product of a catalyzed hyoscyamine aldehyde reduction reaction is hyoscyamine. After the hyoscyamine aldehyde reductase is used for converting Atropa belladonna, the content of hyoscyamine in an Atropa belladonna cell line can be increased, which has important significance in increasing the content of tropane alkaloids in Atropa belladonna.

Abstract: A magnetic ring and a magnetic-ring-based system are provided. The magnetic ring includes an inner magnetic ring including an inner coil and an outer magnetic ring corresponding to the inner magnetic ring and including an outer coil facing the inner coil along a circumference of the outer magnetic ring. The inner magnetic ring is connected with a stationary part in a range-finding system, and the outer magnetic ring is connected with a rotating part in the range-finding system. In response to a rotation of the rotating part with respect to the stationary part, the outer magnetic ring rotates with respect to the inner magnetic ring to generate a magnetic field between the inner coil and the outer coil to perform one of data transmission or power transmission in the range-finding system.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fan module and a case including the fan module. The fan module includes a fan, a fan bracket and a traction structure. The fan bracket includes: a fixed bottom plate for carrying and fixing the fan; and a connection structure, connected to the fixed bottom plate and used for being connected to a case through plugging. The traction structure is mounted on the fan bracket, and is used for pulling the fan bracket from the inside of the case to the outside of the case. In the present disclosure, the fan module is plugged into the case, and is pulled to the outside of the case from the inside of the case through a traction interface. In this way, the fan maintenance is implemented without disassembling the case or cutting off the power, the maintenance efficiency is improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

Abstract: A system and method for reverberation reduction is disclosed. A first Deep Neural Network (DNN) produces a first estimate of a target direct-path signal from a mixture of acoustic signals that include the target direct-path signal and a reverberation of the target direct-path signal. A filter modeling a room impulse response (RIR) for the first estimate is estimated. The filter when applied to the first estimate of the target direct-path signal generates a result closest to a residual between the mixture of the acoustic signals and the first estimate of the target direct-path signal according to a distance function. A mixture with reduced reverberation of the target direct-path signal is obtained by removing the result of applying the filter to the first estimate of the target direct-path signal from the received mixture. A second DNN produces a second estimate of the target direct-path signal from the mixture with reduced reverberation.

Abstract: A data access method performed by a processing device is disclosed. The processing device manages a storage device based on a log-structured file system (LFS), where the processing device writes a target file to the storage device based on an out place update (OPU) mechanism; and the processing device writes file attribute information corresponding to the target file in the storage device to out of band (OOB) data of the storage device, to restore, after abnormal power-off, access to the target file by using the file attribute information stored in the OOB data. In this way, when writing the target file to the storage device, the processing device may write a file attribute corresponding to the target file to the OOB data, so that after abnormal power-off, access to the target file may be restored by using the file attribute information.
