Abstract: Methods of fabricating solar cell emitter regions with differentiated P-type and N-type regions architectures, and resulting solar cells, are described. In an example, a back contact solar cell includes a substrate having a light-receiving surface and a back surface. A first polycrystalline silicon emitter region of a first conductivity type is disposed on a first thin dielectric layer disposed on the back surface of the substrate. A second polycrystalline silicon emitter region of a second, different, conductivity type is disposed on a second thin dielectric layer disposed on the back surface of the substrate. A third thin dielectric layer is disposed laterally directly between the first and second polycrystalline silicon emitter regions. A first conductive contact structure is disposed on the first polycrystalline silicon emitter region. A second conductive contact structure is disposed on the second polycrystalline silicon emitter region.

  • Publication number: 20200076321
Abstract: The present invention discloses a charging method for a sub-module based hybrid converter. By setting a half-controlled charging link of changing full bridge sub-modules from a blocked state to a half-blocked state one by one in a charging process, and raising the voltages of half bridge sub-modules to reach the starting point of a half bridge sub-module based self-powered supply in an uncontrolled stage of the half bridge sub-modules, the starting point of the sub-module based self-powered supply is increased, and the design difficulty of the sub-module based self-powered supply is reduced. The present invention also discloses another charging method for a sub-module based hybrid converter. The above objective can also be achieved by setting a half-controlled charging link of changing the full bridge sub-modules from a blocked state to a bypassed state one by one in the charging process.

  • Publication number: 20200071628
Abstract: The present disclosure provides an internally self-circulating fluidized bed gasifier and an air distributor therein for generating a stepped constrained wind. The air distributor includes a gas-material mixture through hole and a plurality of vent holes. Each of the vent holes is designed to have a winding path. Due to the winding paths of the vent holes and an arrangement of converging outlets of the vent holes to the gas-material mixture through hole, which is in communication with a furnace chamber, the present disclosure enables a gas entering the furnace chamber to form a stepped constrained wind and effectively prevents solid-phase materials in the furnace chamber from leaking into a gas mixture chamber. The internally self-circulating fluidized bed gasifier can achieve self-circulation combustion gasification for multiple times and a well-controlled gasification temperature, resulting in a high coal gasification efficiency without an ash leakage.

  • Patent number: 10580615
Abstract: Disclosed are a system and method, wherein, during manufacturing of integrated circuit chips on a semiconductor wafer, an in-line optical inspection is performed to acquire a two-dimensional (2D) image of an area of the semiconductor wafer and to confirm and classify a defect in the area. The 2D image is then converted into a virtual three-dimensional (3D) image. To ensure that the 3D image is accurate, techniques are employed to determine the topography of the surface shown in the 2D image based on material-specific image intensity information and, optionally, to filter out any edge effects that result in anomalies within the 3D image. The resulting 3D image is usable for performing an in-line failure analysis to determine a root cause of a defect. Such an in-line failure analysis can be performed significantly faster than any off-line failure analysis and, thus, allows for essentially real-time advanced process control (APC).

  • Patent number: 10580172
Abstract: A computer-implemented method of reducing 4D Digital Subtracted Angiography (DSA) reconstruction artifacts using a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation includes a computer receiving first DSA time sequence data comprising a representation of a plurality of vessels and segmenting a vessel of interest from the first DSA time sequence data. Then, the computer applies a reconstruction process to second DSA time sequence data to yield a DSA volume. This reconstruction process is constrained by the plurality of simulated time activity curve parameters for each voxel inside the vessel of interest.

  • Patent number: 10582462
Abstract: According to a synchronization method and apparatus provided in this application, a source station sends location information of the source station; and after obtaining a signal propagation delay that is calculated according to the location information of the source station and location information of a to-be-synchronized station, the to-be-synchronized station performs synchronization with the source station according to a synchronization reference time obtained by subtracting the propagation delay from a receiving time of a first network reference signal received from the source station. It can be learned that, in a process in which the to-be-synchronized station performs synchronization with the source station, the signal propagation delay between the to-be-synchronized station and the source station is used to compensate for the receiving time of the first network reference signal.
