When a vehicle equipped with the vehicle control apparatus deviates from a predetermined travel direction, the first coil (1001) generates an electromotive force signal based on a change in the relative location relationship between the first coil (1001) and the second coils (1004). The processor (1002) outputs a second signal based on the electromotive force signal, where the second signal is used to indicate the vehicle to adjust a running track to travel along the predetermined travel direction.
