Abstract: Itraconazole, a widely used antifungal drug, has been found to possess potent anti-angiogenic and anti-hedgehog activities, exhibiting promising antitumor activity in several human clinical studies. The wider use of itraconazole in the treatment of cancer, however, has been limited by its potent inhibition of the drug metabolic enzyme CYP3A4 which causes drug-drug interactions. In an effort to eliminate the CYP3A4 inhibition of itraconazole while retaining its anti-angiogenic activity, we synthesized a series of itraconazole derivatives. The newly synthesized analogs of itraconazole were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and their inhibitory activity against CYP3A4 enzyme.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method of hot recycling repairing by optimizing a proportion of an asphalt mixture on a pavement alignment variation section. According to the method of the present invention, by regulating and optimizing the proportion of a recycled asphalt mixture, internal frictional resistance and cohesion of the recycled asphalt mixture are improved, elastic modulus and shear strength of the recycled asphalt mixture are increased, overall bearing capacity of an asphalt pavement is improved, and diseases such as tracks caused by vehicle loads are effectively resisted. The pavement asphalt mixture is made to adapt to and be enough to bear additional loads increased manifold without generating early defects and road diseases. Therefore, the overall service life of a road is further prolonged.

By disposing the driving circuit board assembly on the X-board to make the X-board have some of TCON functions, completely independent of the SOC when debugging and changing Panel Timing, and can be developed independently, panel manufacturers can complete the panel debugging and changing independently without relying on changing the SOC.

A correlation matrix in a current network state is generated. Whether |?i,jt??i,jt-1|/?i,jt-1>? is determined. Each access point is divided into a plurality of resource cells. A CU-DU network mapping table is generated. A middlehaul link of each of the plurality of resource cells is constructed according to the CU-DU network mapping table.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method of wireless communication are provided. The method by a user equipment (UE) includes being configured by a base station with a listen before talk (LBT) failure recovery procedure, detecting an LBT failure per uplink (UL) bandwidth part (BWP), and triggering an UL LBT failure medium access control (MAC) control element (CE) for one or more serving cells configured to trigger the LBT failure. This can solve issues in the prior art, trigger an UL LBT failure MAC CE for any serving cell which has triggered an LBT failure, provide a good communication performance, and/or provide high reliability.

The central server may be configured to obtain popularity ranking information of the video files according to video file requesting history of user terminals, and obtain sections of multiple video files based on the popularity ranking information from a content server and transmit the sections to the edge server. The plurality of edge servers may include a file caching server and a mobile edge computing server of a user terminal, and each of the edge server(s) may be configured to cache sections of the multiple video files which are received from the central server, and send a video file requested by the user terminal to the user terminal.

The non-aqueous electrolyte provided by the invention can effectively improve the cycle performance and high-temperature storage performance of lithium ion batteries.
