Further embodiments can include determining a first portion of the plurality of requests are for pre-fetch frames of the video content, and providing, over the communication network, the pre-fetch frames to the mobile device over a default bearer path. Additional embodiments can include determining a second portion of the plurality of requests are for emergent frames of the video content, and providing, over the communication network, the emergent frames to the mobile device over a dedicated bearer path. Abstract: Systems and methods for extracting a compound of interest from plant material, such as acannabidiol (CBD) from cannabis, are provided. Particularly, the disclosed systems and methods utilize a crude oil to separate water, fats, and proteins prior to preparation of a CBD distillate. The systems and methods are operable with conventional solvents containing between about 5 wt % and about 8 wt % water.

Abstract: Hardware and neural architecture co-search may be performed by operations including obtaining a specification of a function and a plurality of hardware design parameters. The hardware design parameters include a memory capacity, a number of computational resources, a communication bandwidth, and a template configuration for performing neural architecture inference. The operations further include determining, for each neural architecture among a plurality of neural architectures, an overall latency of performance of inference of the neural architecture by an accelerator within the hardware design parameters. Each neural architecture having been trained to perform the function with an accuracy. The operations further include selecting, from among the plurality of neural architectures, a neural architecture based on the overall latency and the accuracy.

A machine learning policy, for use in identifying unattended objects in a captured image depicting one or more objects, is generated. The generating includes determining a level of occlusion in the captured image relating to the objects, and determining the machine learning policy based on the determined level of occlusion. A machine learning model is selected, from among a plurality of pre-defined machine learning models, based on the generated machine learning policy. An unattended object is detected in the captured image using the selected machine learning model.

Abstract: The invention discloses a lithium metal negative electrode protection method improving lithium utilization efficiency, and relates to the field of lithium batteries. In a lithium battery, lithium metal is deposited on a current collector as a battery negative electrode, and a high molecular polymer is added as an additive to an ester electrolyte. In the present application, the high molecular polymer is prepared by a polymerization reaction of monomer A being acrylonitrile or derivatives thereof, monomer B being perfluoroalkyl ethyl methacrylate or derivatives thereof, and monomer C being alkyl alcohol diacrylate or derivatives thereof. Due to the negative charge on the surface of lithium metal, the —CN and —CF3 in the polymer are strong electron-withdrawing groups, which promote the preferential adsorption of electrolyte additives on the surface of lithium metal and reduce the contact of other components in the electrolyte with lithium metal.

Abstract: A method and a system for recommending personalized content, and a graphical user interface are provided. The method is operated in a serving system. When a user identification data is received from a user device, a user preference is acquired by querying a database, so as to match one or more digital contents that are consistent with the user preference. These digital contents are grouped according to locations of the digital contents. Multiple thumbnail images representing different groups of digital contents within a geographic range are generated. The thumbnail images are provided for the user device to display on the graphical user interface. The graphical user interface switches to the geographic range represented by the thumbnail image that is selected by a user. Multiple linking points are included in the geographic range, and the user selects one of the linking points to play corresponding digital content(s).
