Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrochemical sensing intelligent chamber with integrated environmental parameters, comprising a chamber body of the intelligent chamber for electrochemical sensing and detection. A communication control unit, a temperature monitoring unit, a gas detection unit and an electrochemical sensing and detection unit are arranged in the chamber body. An environmental parameter monitoring unit that can monitor temperature and gas is integrated; and all monitored environmental variables may be uploaded to a smart phone for a user to view. Operation steps in the electrochemical sensor measurement process conducted in the chamber body are fully automated.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a resonant loudspeaker for preventing dropping, comprising: a plastic bracket, wherein the bottom of the plastic bracket is provided with a clamping groove; a base, wherein the periphery of the base is clamped into the clamping groove; a voice coil arranged on an upper part of the base, wherein the top of the voice coil is connected with a coil; and a U cup, wherein the bottom of the U cup is connected with the coil, the upper part of the plastic bracket is bonded with an upper bouncing wave and one end of the upper bouncing wave is bonded with the U cup. The present invention adds the plastic bracket, a lower bouncing wave and the upper bouncing wave, so as to reduce distortion, realize smooth frequency response curve and effectively solve the problems of dropping, life and high distortion of a vibrating loudspeaker.

Abstract: A mark shielding ring for use in a physical vapor deposition chamber and a method for using such ring are disclosed. The mark shielding ring may be suitably used for shielding alignment marks or any other marks provided on the top surface of a wafer along a peripheral region. The novel mark shielding ring includes an alignment means for mechanically joining a shielding ring to a wafer pedestal on which the ring is positioned. Any up-and-down motion of the wafer pedestal therefore does not change the alignment between the shielding ring and the pedestal and therefore the function of the shielding ring for protecting an alignment mark can be insured.
