    Abstract: A method includes: providing a device having a counter that stores a cycle count measuring a number of clock cycles since the device was last turned ON or a timer that stores an elapsed time since the device was last turned ON; (a) flagging a first or additional defined memory location when the cycle count or the elapsed time reaches a first or additional first milestone; (b) unflagging the first or additional defined memory location when the cycle count or the elapsed time reaches a second or additional second milestone, wherein the second or additional second milestone is greater than the first or additional first milestone; (c) determining that the device is turned OFF and then ON again; repeating steps (a) through (c) a specified number of times; and resetting the device or turning a program ON when all the first or additional memory locations reach a specified flag configuration.

The present invention has the advantages that the bacteria can coproduce 1,3-propanediol and D-lactic acid through fermentation, the molar conversion rate and the concentration of the two products are very high, the types of byproducts are few, the concentration is low, the product extraction process is simplified, the high-efficiency biological production of 1,3-propanediol and D-lactic acid can be realized, and the industrial application prospect is very great.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel coronavirus vaccine using a TLR7 agonist conjugated peptide as an antigen and an emulsion as an adjuvant. An antigen polypeptide of the conjugated peptide is a polypeptide derived from an S protein of SARS-COV-2, and the adjuvant is an oil-in-water nanoemulsion containing squalene. The conjugated peptide nanoemulsion vaccine preparation of the present invention is thermally stable, and can induce a high level of protective humoral immune response in a cynomolgus monkey, and the neutralizing antibody titer of antiserum after immunization of cynomolgus monkey is high, such that invasion of wild-type strain and mutant novel coronavirus can be blocked. The vaccine of the present invention has a nearly complete protection effect on the upper and lower respiratory tracts of the cynomolgus monkey in a cynomolgus monkey SARS-COV-2 challenge test.

The color-changing layer includes a substrate, a conductive layer and an active material layer. The active material layer and the conductive layer form a physical interference color. The electrolyte is connected to the conductive layer or the active material layer. When an electrochemical reaction occurs between the electrolyte and a surface of the conductive layer or the active material layer, the thickness of the active material layer changes. The device controlled by electrochemistry has rich tunable colors that can cover the entire color gamut, and can achieve reversible switching of colors at a small voltage.
