Abstract: The present disclosure relates technique capable of electrically monitoring a recess amount of a semiconductor substrate. That is, a semiconductor device includes the semiconductor substrate of a first conductivity type having a first main surface and a second main surface, a first area provided on the first main surface, and a second region provided on the first main surface between the first areas. The second area includes an evaluation element. The evaluation element includes: a first semiconductor region of a second conductivity type provided in the first main surface side; a second semiconductor region of the first conductivity type provided on the first main surface side of the first semiconductor region; a first electrode pad in contact with the first semiconductor region; and a second electrode pad in contact with the second semiconductor region.

Abstract: A report editing method for a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system is disclosed and includes following steps: when a window interface is triggered to open, determining whether a binding label exists in a register of a variable library of the SCADA system; if the binding label exists, reading report data corresponding to the binding label from an edited-data file to import the report data into the window interface; if the binding label does not exist, obtaining multiple report items through the window interface to create and store new report data to the edited-data file; and writing a new binding label corresponding to the new report data to the variable library to bind the window interface with the new report data.

Abstract: The present invention provides a 2-pyridone derivative having a structure represented by formula I, or a stereoisomer or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Activity experiment results show that the 2-pyridone derivative provided in the present invention has higher activity and selectivity, and can be used to treat thyroid hormone receptor-related diseases.

Abstract: Disclosed are a decoquinate liposome, a preparation method therefor and a use thereof. The preparation raw materials for the decoquinate liposome comprise the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of decoquinate and 2-20 parts of lecithin. The liposome is stable, shows favorable malaria resistance effects in-vivo and in-vitro with respect to animal bodies, can be used for quickly relieving the conditions of malaria, particularly subtertian malaria, and is safe. The preparation method is simple and feasible, and has the potential for mass production.

Abstract: A pixel for an image sensor includes a photon sensor, a memory, and an accumulator. The photon sensor element portion outputs a signal to an accumulator, which then may add value stored in memory together and may transfer the result to the memory of another pixel. The pixel may be analog or digital and may be used in a pixel array for compressed sensing imaging. During imaging, a pseudo-random mask may also be used. The data collected during imaging may be used in compressed sensing and may be sent to an offline storage to be processed.

Abstract: Examples described herein relate to an accelerator that includes an interface and circuitry coupled to the interface. In some examples, the circuitry is configured to access compressed data, decompress the compressed data, and output the decompressed data based on a call to an application programming interface (API). In some examples, based on a first call to the API having first values, the circuitry is to decompress at least a subset of the data and output at least one strict subset of the decompressed data. In some examples, based on a second call to the API having second values, the circuitry is to decompress an entirety of the data and output the decompressed data.

Abstract: Aspects are provided for enhancing HARQ ACK for Message 4 or Message B. An apparatus may obtain a configuration indicating a number of repetitions for a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission in a plurality of slots prior to activation of a dedicated PUCCH resource configuration with a plurality of repetitions based on a radio resource control (RRC) message. The PUCCH transmission includes a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) feedback message in response to receiving a message on a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) in a random access procedure. The PUCCH transmission may then be transmitted on a PUCCH according to the number of repetitions. This allows coverage techniques to be applied to certain transmissions in order to improve coverage and reliability. In an aspect, the coverage enhancement techniques may include repetition of a transmission for coverage extension.

Abstract: A circuit for Flyback switching power supply includes a transformer having a primary winding, a secondary winding and an auxiliary winding, a power switch coupled to a dotted terminal of the primary winding, and a switch. A first terminal of the switch is connected to a non-dotted terminal of the auxiliary winding through a capacitor, a second terminal of the switch and a dotted terminal of the auxiliary winding are connected, respectively, to a ground. A common node of the capacitor and the auxiliary winding is configured to connect to a non-dotted terminal of the primary winding. A control circuit is configured to generate, based on a voltage at the common node of the capacitor and the auxiliary winding, a control signal to control the switch in order to achieve zero voltage switch (ZVS) of the power switch.

Abstract: A linker peptide for constructing a fusion protein. The linker peptide comprises a flexible peptide and a rigid peptide. The flexible peptide consists of one or more flexible units. The rigid peptide consists of one or more rigid units. The flexible unit comprises two or more amino acid residues selected from Gly, Ser, Ala, and Thr. The rigid unit comprises a human chorionic gonadotropin ?-subunit carboxy-terminal peptide (CTP) bearing a plurality of glycosylation sites. The linker peptide can more effectively eliminate mutual steric hindrance of two fusion molecules, decreasing a reduction/loss of polymerization or activity resulting from improper folding of an active protein or a conformational change. On the other hand, the negatively charged, highly sialylated CTP can resist renal clearance, further prolonging a half-life of a fused molecule and enhancing bioavailability of a fused protein.
