    Abstract: An intelligent layout design method of curvilinearly stiffened structure based on image feature learning. Firstly, the design variables of the curvilinearly stiffened structure are determined based on the path function. The autoencoder network is built to complete the learning of the structural characteristics of the image, and the transfer learning of the model is further carried out. The convolution neural network is built to complete the learning of the image set with mechanical response labels. Finally, the evolutionary algorithm is used to optimize the layout of the curvilinearly stiffened structure based on the model. The invention solves the problem that the traditional optimization method is difficult to deal with the optimization design with many and variable design variables, and is expected to become one of the most potential technical means involved in the layout design of components in the engineering field.

    Abstract: A system performs the operations of a neural network agent and a circuit simulator for analog circuit sizing. The system receives an input indicating a specification of an analog circuit and design parameters. The system iteratively searches a design space until a circuit size is found to satisfy the specification and the design parameters. In each iteration, the neural network agent calculates measurement estimates for random sample generated in a trust region, which is a portion of the design space. Based on the measurement estimate, the system identifies a candidate size that optimizes a value metric. The circuit simulator receives the candidate size and generates a simulation measurement. The system calculates updates to weights of the neural network agent and the trust region for a next iteration based on, at least in part, the simulation measurement.

The disclosure adopts the trailing edge non-complementary mode to reduce a circulating current of the converter, uses the leading edge non-complementary mode to replace the ordinary flyback mode to improve light load efficiency, and uses the leading-edge non-complementary Burst mode at no-load to limit a peak current of a primary side in leading-edge non-complementary Burst mode to avoid generation of audio noise, and allowing a low no-load power consumption.
