Abstract: A collimator that is biasable is provided. The ability to bias the collimator allows control of the electric field through which the sputter species pass. In some implementations of the present disclosure, a collimator that has a high effective aspect ratio while maintaining a low aspect ratio along the periphery of the collimator of the hexagonal array of the collimator is provided. In some implementations, a collimator with a steep entry edge in the hexagonal array is provided. It has been found that use of a steep entry edge in the collimator reduces deposition overhang and clogging of the cells of the hexagonal array. These various features lead to improve film uniformity and extend the life of the collimator and process kit.

Abstract: A pathophysiological effect of a transient receptor potential cation channel, subfamily V, member 3 (TRPV3) on psoriasis, which can be used to develop a drug for preventing or treating psoriasis. The invention further discloses an application of Scutellarein as a TRPV3 inhibitor in preparing a drug for preventing or treating psoriasis. When a drug containing the TRPV3 inhibitor discovered according to the invention or provided by the invention is used for preventing or treating psoriasis, good prevention or treatment effects can be achieved.

Abstract: This application relates to apparatus and methods for automatically determining and providing carousels specifically curated for a user. In some examples, a computing device obtains user transaction data identifying in-store and/or online transactions, and user engagement data identifying user interactions with items and carousels from user's prior sessions. The computing device determines a sequential order for presentation of carousels with a set of item recommendations. For example, the computing device scores each potential carousel based on prior user interactions and transactions with items and carousels. The carousels are then ranked and subsequently presented to the user based on their corresponding scores.

Abstract: An optical lens includes a first lens, a second lens, a third lens, a fourth lens and a fifth lens arranged in order from a magnified side to a minified side. A sum of refractive powers of the first lens and the second lens is negative, and a sum of refractive powers of the third lens, the fourth lens and the fifth lens is positive. The first lens is a glass lens with a negative refractive power, the second lens is a plastic lens, and the third lens, the fourth lens and the fifth lens are composed of one glass lens with an Abbe number of larger than 60 and two plastic lenses.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device and a method for swinging power generation and vibration suppression by using arc-shaped wing plates with rough surfaces. The device consists of two parts, namely, a rotary swinging system and a collector system. The rotary swinging system includes a collector riser, steering bearings, nanometer material arc-shaped power generation wing plates, and flexible tail plates. The collector system includes telescopic power generation cylinders, a waterproof electric slip ring, and a waterproof power transmission line. The suppression of energy-consumption-free vortex-induced vibration is realized under the combined action that the nanometer material arc-shaped power generation wing plates divide a flowing space and adjust a flow direction, the nanometer material arc-shaped power generation wing plates drive the flexible tail plates to swing to destroy a tail vortex street, and hemispherical bulges and trumpet-shaped deflector holes disturb a boundary layer around flow.

Abstract: A multi-primary color conversion method is provided to include: establishing a spatial gamut model of a display panel; determining a target peripheral surface corresponding to the target color according to the color coordinates of the target color and color coordinates of a color corresponding to each vertex of each peripheral surface; obtaining reference gray scales of a part of primary colors of the target color according to gray scales of the primary colors of a color corresponding to each vertex of the target peripheral surface; obtaining reference gray scales of the rest primary colors of the target color and a reference luminance of the target color; and respectively converting the reference gray scales of the plurality of primary colors of the target color into target gray scales according to a proportional relationship between the reference luminance and the target luminance of the target color.

The method includes: receiving a hardware security module entitlement management message and an encrypted control word transmitted from a main chip, where the hardware security module entitlement management message includes a key for decrypting the encrypted control word; decrypting, based on the hardware security module entitlement management message and a hardware security module root key stored in the hardware security module, the encrypted control word to obtain a control word; reencrypting the control word based on a re-encryption key stored in the hardware security module to obtain a reencrypted control word; and transmitting the reencrypted control word to the main chip, so that the main chip decrypts, based on a main chip entitlement management message transmitted from the front end, the reencrypted control word to obtain the control word.

Abstract: An anomaly service receives log data from nodes in a computing environment, which includes a sequence of information indicative of log messages produced by the nodes. The anomaly service identifies dominant patterns in the sequence of information that are representative of non-anomalous blocks of the log messages. Having identified the dominant patterns, the service is able to extract the non-anomalous blocks from the log data to reveal anomalous blocks that do not fit the dominant patterns. The service may then generate anomaly vectors based on the anomalous blocks, which can be distributed to the nodes to detect anomalies.

The transformer simulation system includes an oil tank, a heating device, a pump body, a first oil pipe, a second oil pipe and a first flow sensor. The heating device is disposed in the oil tank. The oil tank is provided with a first inlet and a first outlet, the first outlet is connected to the first oil pipe, and the first inlet is connected to the second oil pipe. An end of the first oil pipe away from the oil tank is a first mounting end for being connected to an oil inlet of a gas relay, and an end of the second oil pipe away from the oil tank is a second mounting end for being connected to an oil outlet of the gas relay. Abstract: A carrying device and, a fixing method of a carrying device are provided. The carrying device includes a body and an electromagnet fixing module disposed on the body; wherein the electromagnet fixing module is configured to fix the carrying device. The present application uses the electromagnet fixing module to fix the carrying device, which can avoid downtime of an exposure machine caused by shaking of the carrying device when a robot arm of the exposure machine picks or places the mask form the carrying device so as to improve throughput.
