    Abstract: A method for preparing a niobium, titanium or vanadium metal oxide nanostructured material is provided. The method comprises providing an aqueous reagent comprising (i) a soluble metal oxalate, and/or (ii) oxalic acid and a metal oxide precursor, adding a buffering agent to the aqueous reagent to form a mixture, and heating the mixture under hydrothermal conditions to obtain the metal oxide nanostructured material. The metal oxide nanostructured material may also be doped with a dopant metal such as titanium to enhance capacity and cycling stability. An electrode comprising the metal oxide nanostructured material, and an electrochemical cell containing the electrode are also provided.

A second plate extends from the front trim to the rear trim, the second plate being positioned so that a food item supported on the shelf assembly contacts the second plate. The second plate is made from a material having a higher thermal conductivity than glass. In one arrangement, the refrigerator further includes an air duct having an air vent. Air exiting the air duct through the air vent either impinges on and travels across the second plate or enters an interior of the shelf assembly.

    Abstract: A Bailey beam for reinforcement is composed of Bailey panels, stiffening rods, bolts, anchor bolts, a prestressing tendon and anchorages. The components of the Bailey beam are all prefabricated in a factory, and are assembled and hoisted on site. The prestressing tendon is arranged in a lower chord of the Bailey beam, and is anchored to the stiffening rods at both ends. The Bailey beam slides towards both ends during prestress tensioning. In this case, the Bailey beam is lifted as a whole, and the prestressing force is applied to a lower edge of the Bailey beam, resulting in an inverted arch of structure, closing up of cracks and a decrease in downward deflection. After the completion of the prestress tensioning, sealing is performed by fixing fillers, a sealing steel plate and injecting solidifiable materials.
