    Abstract: A dynamic monitoring method for a rebound rate of wet spraying shotcrete includes converting a set of laser points obtained from scanning to a rock wall scanning surface relative coordinate system to form an initial geometric model of the rock face, calculating the initial rock wall volume, coarse spraying and fine spraying the shotcrete and performing the three-dimensional modeling calculations, and calculating the coarse spray rebound rate and the fine spray rebound rate, thereby solving the problem that at present, the estimated idealized data does not match the actual usage data, not only it is insufficient in quantification, but also the dynamic rebound rate of the wet spraying process is not understood, in which the rebound rate is inaccurately estimated, making it difficult to guide the adjustment of the shotcrete formula and the adjustment of the spray posture and speed, and thus the goal of process optimization cannot be achieved.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and other embodiments associated with quadratic acceleration boost of compute performance for ML prognostics are described. In one embodiment, a prognostic acceleration method includes separating time series signals into a plurality of alternative configurations of clusters based on correlations between the time series signals. Machine learning models are trained for individual clusters in the alternative configurations of clusters. One or more of the alternative configurations of clusters is determined to be viable for use in a production environment based on whether the trained machine learning models for the individual clusters satisfy an accuracy threshold and a completion time threshold. Then, one configuration is selected from the alternative configurations of clusters that were determined to be viable configurations. Production machine learning models are deployed into the production environment to detect anomalies in the time series signals based on the selected configuration.

    Abstract: A method for analytically studying fault responses of an inverter-interfaced renewable energy source (IIRES). The IIRES includes a decoupled sequence control (DSC) system, and the DSC system includes a converter, a current controller, a low-voltage ride-through (LVRT) control unit, and positive and negative sequence components calculation (PNSCC) structures. The method includes: determining a detailed fault model of the IIRES; determining a unified model of the PNSCC structures; determining a simplified fault model of the IIRES in a fault detection phase; determining a simplified fault model of the IIRES in a control transient response (CTR) phase; detecting a short-circuit fault; cutting off an outer loop of the DSC system; switching the DSC system to a current control mode through the LVRT unit by the current controller; analyzing the short-circuit fault; and designing an enhanced fault-ride-through control of the IIRESs to suppress an inrush current to protect the IIRES.
