    Abstract: A method that reorders partitioning candidates or motion vectors based on template matching costs for geometric prediction mode (GPM) is provided. A video coder receives data to be encoded or decoded as a current block of a current picture of a video. The current block is partitioned into first and second partitions by a bisecting line defined by an angle-distance pair. The video coder identifies a list of candidate prediction modes for coding the first and second partitions. The video coder computes a template matching (TM) cost for each candidate prediction mode in the list. The video coder receives or signals a selection of a candidate prediction mode based on an index that is assigned to the selected candidate prediction mode based on the computed TM costs. The video coder reconstructs the current block by using the selected candidate prediction mode to predict the first and second partitions.

The electric glow plug is retractable and has two working positions, at a first position, a heating segment is wholly located in an injection chamber to provide heat energy for the injection chamber, and at a second position, the heating segment is partially located in the injection chamber and passes through a first through hole, and the rest of the heating segment is located in a main combustion chamber of an engine, to provide heat energy for the injection chamber and the main combustion chamber. In a cold start stage of the engine, the heating segment of the electric glow plug is controlled to be located at the second position.

The present disclosure achieves overall compressive prestress distribution of the ceramic insulator product, mitigating thermal stress caused by temperature changes and improving the tensile strength of the large-tonnage disc-shaped suspension ceramic insulator assembly. By treating the assembly interfaces with the primer, the present disclosure significantly improves the assembly strength of the ceramic insulator/metal assembly.
