Abstract: A memory device includes a semiconductor substrate having spaced apart source and drain regions, with a channel region of the substrate extending there between, a floating gate of polysilicon disposed over and insulated from a first portion of the channel region by insulation material having a first thickness, wherein the floating gate has a sloping upper surface that terminates in a sharp edge, a word line gate of polysilicon disposed over and insulated from a second portion of the channel region by insulation material having a second thickness, and an erase gate of polysilicon disposed over and insulated from the source region by insulation material having a third thickness, wherein the erase gate includes a notch that wraps around and is insulated from the sharp edge of the floating gate. The third thickness is greater than the first thickness, and the first thickness is greater than the second thickness.

Abstract: Provided are a method, device and system for implementing address sharing. An address pool configured for unified management over IP addresses is configured on an AAA server; and the AAA server may allocate an IP address to a CGN device according to the configured address pool. By such a technology for implementing address sharing in the present disclosure, IP address resource sharing among CGN devices is implemented, so that problems about resource load sharing among the CGN devices may be solved, a sharing rate of IP address resources is increased, and resource optimization may be implemented; and moreover, in terms of IP address management, a more available platform is provided for an operating company. In addition, the IP addresses are managed by the AAA server in a unified manner, and then the address pool is not required to be configured on the CGN device, so that the CGN device may be started without any address pool.

Abstract: An electronic device includes processors that generate image data. The electronic device also includes an electronic display that displays the image data over a first frame duration by programming a first row of display pixels with the image data. The electronic display also displays the image data over the first frame duration by causing the first row of display pixels to emit light for an emission duration that is based at least in part on a first luminance of the image data. The electronic display further displays the image data over the first frame duration by resetting the first row of pixels before an end of the first frame duration.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application disclose a method for setting a gateway device identity, and a management gateway device. The method includes: acquiring a negotiation packet of a gateway device; acquiring a gateway device priority carried in the negotiation packet; and setting a member identity of the gateway device according to the gateway device priority. According to the method and the device, complexity of selecting an active virtual gateway device or an active virtual forwarding device among multiple gateway devices can be reduced, and the processing efficiency of a service mechanism of traffic load sharing of multiple gateway devices can be enhanced.

Abstract: A quadrature transmitter includes a first and second matched transmitter path. Each transmitter path receives respective sets of quadrature baseband signals. At least one local oscillator port receives respective sets of quadrature LO signals. Mixer stage(s) respectively multiply the sets of quadrature baseband signals with the respective sets of quadrature LO signals to produce a respective output radio frequency signal. A combiner combines the output RF signals. The first set of quadrature signals is a substantially 45° phase shifted version of the second set of quadrature signals; and the first set of quadrature LO signals is a reverse substantially 45° phase shifted version of the second set of quadrature LO signals. A baseband error correction circuit corrects a phase error between the quadrature baseband signals at baseband and a LO error correction circuit corrects a phase error between the quadrature baseband signals at a LO frequency.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems for data communication over a multi-wire, multi-phase interface are disclosed. A method of calibration includes configuring a 3-phase signal to include a high frequency component and a low frequency component during a calibration period, and transmitting a version of the 3-phase signal on each wire of a 3-wire interface. The version of the 3-phase signal transmitted on each wire is out-of-phase with the versions of the 3-phase signal transmitted on each of the other wires of the 3-wire interface. The 3-phase signal may be configured to enable a receiver to determine certain operating parameters of the 3-wire interface.

Abstract: A direct current switch-off device comprises an on-state current branch circuit and a current commutating and breaking unit which are connected in parallel. The on-state current branch circuit has a mechanical switch (S) and a current transfer module which are connected in series. The current commutating and breaking unit comprises a bridge-type branch circuit and a current-breaking branch circuit. The current-breaking branch circuit and two bridge arms of the bridge-type branch circuit are connected in parallel. The current-breaking branch circuit comprises a nonlinear resistor (RI) and a valve group consisting of fully-controlled devices connected in series. The nonlinear resistor (RI) and the valve group are connected in parallel. Two ends of each fully-controlled device in the valve group are connected in parallel with a buffering and reclosing circuit.

Abstract: A rehabilitation system with stiffness measurement on a body part to be rehabilitated is disclosed. The rehabilitation system includes a rehabilitation unit and a processor. The rehabilitation unit includes an exoskeleton brace holding a rehabilitation part of user and traction lines driving the exoskeleton brace for moving. When the exoskeleton brace moves, the processor analyzes tensions of the traction lines to obtain stiffness information relating to the rehabilitation part of user.

When the air pump is enabled, an ambient gas is transferred to the inflatable cushion, so that the inflatable cushion is inflated with the gas and the main body is expanded. By penetrating the at least one leg of the glasses into the penetrating channel of the main body, the at least one leg is protected, and the main body fits closely with the ear of the user.

Abstract: An oxygen-generating wound dressing is provided. The oxygen-generating wound dressing comprises a housing and a wound contacting layer. The interior of the housing comprises a barrier member to divide the housing into a reactant receptacle and a wound contacting layer receptacle. The reactant receptacle of the housing further comprises a first reactant receptacle, a second reactant receptacle, a check valve disposed between the first reactant receptacle and the second reactant receptacle, a flow regulating device disposed on the second reactant receptacle and a gas deliver tube for fluidly communicating the first reactant receptacle and the wound contacting layer receptacle. The entrance speed of the second reactant into the first reactant receptacle can be controlled by the flow regulating device. The oxygen partial pressure can be maintained preferably and the wound healing can be improved by using the oxygen-generating wound dressing of the present invention.

The transmission mode information indicates that a terminal device is capable of transmitting uplink data by using at least two contention transmission units (CTUs) that are in a same transmission time interval (TTI). The CTU refers to a transmission resource combining: a time, a frequency, and a code domain; a transmission resource combining a time, a frequency, and a pilot; or a transmission resource combining a time, a frequency, a code domain, and a pilot. The uplink data transmitted by using the at least two CTUs is partially the same or totally the same. The method further comprises the terminal device sending a second message including indication information, where the indication information is used to enable the terminal device to determine, according to the indication information, a CTU for uplink data transmission.

The slide plate has reaction vessels arranged in an array, wherein each of the reaction vessels has an opening portion and a bottom portion. The sacrificial layer has a microfluidic channel, wherein the microfluidic channel has an injection channel, a main channel and a distal channel connected to each other. The sacrificial layer is assembled to the slide plate, wherein the main channel faces the opening portion. A sample solution is injected into the injection channel, such that the sample solution flows from the injection channel through the main channel to the distal channel, wherein the sample solution loads into each of the reaction vessels while flowing through the main channel.

Abstract: The invention describes a method of performing intraoperative navigation during a surgical procedure, which method comprises the steps of arranging a video imaging device on a radioscopic imaging apparatus; obtaining an initial radioscopic image of a target and identifying a desired trajectory in a target; determining a first position of the radioscopic imaging apparatus relative to the target for which a central image axis of a radioscopic imaging unit is aligned with the desired trajectory; positioning the radioscopic imaging apparatus to align a central image axis of the video imaging device with the desired trajectory; and showing a live video feed of the surgical procedure on a monitor to track the position of a surgical implement relative to the desired trajectory.
