    Abstract: The present application provides for feeler gauges. The feeler gauges include a plurality of elongate measuring leaves rotatably coupled on a common axis of rotation with an elongate housing. The leaves may be manually, selectively rotatable between a “home” position wherein the leaves are substantially aligned with the housing and an “extended” position wherein the leaves are spaced from the housing. The leaves may be relatively flexible and substantially flat such that they define a substantially constant thickness. One or more extended leaves may be used to measure the thickness of a clearance or gap. The gauges may be configured to detect, determine or measure the thickness of the leaves that are in the “home” position and/or the “extended” position, and thereby determine the total thickness of a clearance or gap measured by the extended leaves.

    Abstract: A method, an apparatus and a system for eliminating aliasing noise in a multi-carrier modulation system are disclosed. The method includes: acquiring a first power spectrum density template; acquiring information of in-band subcarriers whose aliasing noise is greater than background noise, and acquiring a difference between the aliasing noise and the background noise of the in-band subcarriers; adjusting the first power spectrum density template according to the information of the in-band subcarriers and the corresponding difference to obtain a second power spectrum density template; and sending signals according to the second power spectrum density template. The method, the apparatus, and the system disclosed herein eliminate the aliasing crosstalk noise, improve the performance and stability of in-band services without involving upgrade or modification of the Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), and are easy to implement.

    Abstract: A detecting apparatus for determining whether liquid crystal glasses are displaced in a cartridge is disclosed. The detecting apparatus includes: a signal sensing device for sending sensing signals to an internal of the cartridge and for receiving the reflected signals from the internal of the cartridge; a reflector installed in the internal of the cartridge for receiving the sensing signals from the signal sensing device and for reflecting the sensing signals back to the signal sensing device; and wherein a determination of whether the liquid crystal glass is displaced in the cartridge is made by determining whether the reflected signals from the reflector are received after the sensing signals are sent. Upon determining whether liquid crystal glasses are displaced in the cartridge, impurities are prevented from getting into the cartridge and thus the cleanliness is enhanced and the labor power is reduced.

The resolution of the voxels is iteratively decreased until the ratio of internal voxels to external voxels exceeds a predetermined threshold. The voxels corresponding to the final iteration are the final voxels. An internal set of final voxels is determined. A union set of initial voxels is determined indicating an intersection between the external set of initial voxels and the internal set of final voxels. From the union set of initial voxels and the external set of initial voxels, a location of an aperture is determined.

The PPD chooses one RTS sequence from the RTS sequence sent by the SPDs and sends the chosen RTS sequence to all the SPDs and then each SPD determines whether the right to speak is obtained according to the RTS sequence from the PPD. The system, apparatuses and methods provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure ensure that the RTS sequences sent to the PPD by the SPDs are almost always different. Therefore the efficiency of determining the right to speak is greatly improved and the satisfaction of users is improved effectively.

    Abstract: Integrated circuits containing transistors are provided. A transistor may include a gate structure formed over an associated well region. The well region may be actively biased and may serve as a body terminal. The well region of one transistor may be formed adjacent to a gate structure of a neighboring transistor. If the gate structure of the neighboring transistor and the well region of the one transistor are both actively biased and are placed close to one another, substantial leakage may be generated. Computer-aided design tools may be used to identify actively driven gate terminals and well regions and may be used to determine whether each gate-well pair is spaced sufficiently far from one another. If a gate-well pair is too close, the design tools may locate an existing gate cut layer and extend the existing gate cut layer to cut the actively driven gate structure.
