    Abstract: Semiconductor devices and methods of forming the same include forming a bottom source/drain structure around a fin. A multi-layer bottom spacer is formed on the bottom source/drain structure, around the fin. Each layer of the multi-layer bottom spacer has a respective vertical height above the bottom source/drain structure, with a layer of the multi-layer bottom spacer that is farthest from the fin having a greater vertical height than a layer that is closest to the fin, to address parasitic capacitance from the bottom source/drain structure.

The fiber density at the edge of each through hole is similar to or the same as the fiber density in other areas of the perforated non-woven fabric. The fiber surrounds the through hole, and only the surface of the fiber is bonded to each other.

An example receiver package includes a support structure, a PD die, and an optical input device. The PD die includes a PD, integrated proximate to a first face of the PD die, and further includes a lens, integrated on, or proximate to, an opposite second face. The first face of the PD die faces the support structure, while the second face (“backside”) faces the optical input device. The optical receiver architectures described herein may provide an improvement for the optical alignment tolerance issues, especially for high-speed operation in which the active aperture of the PD may have to be very small. Furthermore, architectures described herein advantageously enable integrating a focus lens in a PD die that may be coupled to the support structure in a flip-chip arrangement.

The convolutional neural network model is obtained through training based on a preset training set. The training set comprises original sample images, distorted image color components of multiple distorted images corresponding to each of the original sample images, and side information components of each of the distorted images.
