The conversion uses a coding mode in which the current video block is constructed based on a first domain and a second domain and/or chroma residue is scaled in a luma-dependent manner. A parameter set in the coded representation comprises parameter information for the coding mode.

Abstract: A wireless device may receive radio resource control messages indicating, among other things, a bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell, having at least first resource blocks (RBs) and second RBs; common frequency resources, including at least the first RBs of the BWP, associated with a multicast and broadcast service (MBS) configured for wireless devices comprising the wireless device; and a radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) associated with the MBS. The wireless device may also receive a group common downlink control information (DCI) addressed to the RNTI via the common frequency resources of the BWP. In an embodiment, the group common DCI may indicate a multicast transmission of a transport block to the wireless device. The wireless device may also start a BWP inactivity timer of the cell in response to receiving the group common DCI.

Abstract: This application provides for a data transmission method, an apparatus, and a device. The method may be applied to a relay communication system. The method includes a first network device that receives a first data packet. The first data packet is a data packet of a first multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS), and the first data packet carries first information. When second information of the first network device matches the first information, the first network device sends the first data packet to a terminal device that accesses the first network device. The second information is preconfigured for the first network device. In this way, the MBMS is transmitted in the relay communication system.

The method includes: acquiring a voltage-SOC variation curve of a battery during a charging process; generating a voltage differential curve of the battery according to the voltage-SOC variation curve, the voltage differential curve being a variation curve of a differential value with SOC, the differential value being a ratio of a voltage variation to a SOC variation corresponding to the voltage variation during the charging process; determining a peak point on the voltage differential curve, the peak point being between any two adjacent plateaus on the voltage-SOC variation curve and not located on the any two adjacent plateaus; performing SOC correction on the basis of the peak point. This method is used to improve the SOC estimation accuracy.

Abstract: Satellites in a non-terrestrial network may provide positioning reference signals (PRS) to user equipment (UE), with which the UE may determine its position using propagation delay difference measurements, such as Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA) measurement. Due to the large distances between satellites and the UE, the propagation delay differences in the PRS received from satellites may exceed half a radio frame, resulting in a frame level timing ambiguity in the differential measurements. The satellites transmit secondary PRS, along with primary PRS, that include timing information to resolve frame level timing ambiguity of the primary PRS. The positioning occasions in the secondary PRS, for example, may be aligned with corresponding positioning occasions primary PRS within each radio frame, and are transmitted with a periodicity that is an integer multiple (greater than 1) of that of the primary PRS to resolve the frame level timing ambiguity of the primary PRS.

Abstract: A lighting system that is part of a headlight module of a motor vehicle includes an array of LED light sources that include no organic materials. Each light source includes a glass lens attached to a phosphor glass converter plate, which itself is attached to an LED die that is flip-chip mounted on a mounting substrate. The converter plate includes phosphor particles embedded in glass. Each lens is disposed laterally over a single LED die. The converter plate is attached to the LED die by a first bonding layer, and the lens is attached to the converter plate by a second bonding layer. Both bonding layers are made of a metal oxide and are thinner than the converter plate. Either each lens does not extend horizontally outside the lateral boundary of each converter plate, or the lens portions centered on each LED die are part of a unitary lens array.
