    Abstract: The present application discloses a heater and a smoking set including the heater. The heater includes: a base, having an inner surface and an outer surface; an infrared radiation layer, formed on the surface of the base; the infrared radiation layer is configured to generate infrared rays and at least heat an aerosol-forming matrix by radiation; a heating body arranged at the periphery of the base, and used to receive electric power from a power supply to generate heat. The heating body is configured to transfer the heat to heat the infrared radiation layer to generate the infrared rays. According to the present application, the infrared radiation layer is heated up by the heating body so that the infrared radiation layer generates infrared radiation to heat the aerosol-forming matrix, thereby reducing the preheating time of the aerosol-forming matrix and improving the user experience.

    Abstract: Techniques for verifying a reliability of map data are discussed herein. In some examples, map data can be used by a vehicle, such as an autonomous vehicle, to traverse an environment. Sensor data (e.g., image data, lidar data, etc.) can be received from a sensor associated with a vehicle and may be used to generate an estimated map and confidence values associated with the estimated map. When the sensor data is image data, images data from multiple perspectives or different time instances may be combined to generate the estimated map. The estimated map may be compared to a stored map or to a proposed vehicle trajectory or corridor to determine a reliability of the stored map data.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of 4D printing, and particularly to an electro-responsive folding and unfolding composite material for 4D printing, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for regulating shape memory behavior thereof. In the process of layer-by-layer printing, conductive layers are embedded into a pre-designed shape memory polymer matrix through spray-coating and laser-irradiation nano-fusion welding, to manufacture a folding and unfolding structure with electro-responsive shape memory behavior. The distribution and range of heat affected zones in the electro-responsive shape memory folding and unfolding structure are controlled by adjusting the number of electric heating layers energized and the value of an energizing voltage. The speed of shape recovery and the degree of shape recovery of the structure are regulated according to a magnitude relationship between a shape recovery force Frecovery and a resistance Fresistance to shape recovery of the structure.

An intersection over union (IoU) calculation is performed for two webpage elements using the obtained location and size information for at least one of these webpage elements. A table, which defines truncation defect and overlap defect scenarios, is then reviewed to determine if there are any truncation or overlap defects in these two webpage elements using the IoU calculation, the location relationship and the text condition, which indicates whether text is included in one of the two webpage elements.     Abstract: A cloud-based traffic classification engine maintains a catalog of application-based traffic classes which have been developed based on known applications, and a local traffic classification engine maintains a subset of these classes. Network traffic intercepted by the firewall which cannot be classified by the local engine is forwarded to the cloud-based engine for classification. Upon determination of a class of the traffic, the cloud-based engine forwards the determined class and corresponding signature to the local engine. The firewall maintains a cache which is updated with the signatures corresponding to the class communicated by the cloud-based engine. Subsequent network traffic sent from the application can be determined to correspond to the application and classified according locally at the firewall based on the cached signatures. Localization of the cache to the firewall reduces latency of traffic classification operations as the catalog of classification information stored in the cloud scales.
