The system includes: an energy storage battery, a first bidirectional DC/DC circuit, a DC bus, a DC/AC circuit, a first controllable switch, and a second controllable switch. The energy storage battery is connected to a device side of the first bidirectional DC/DC circuit via the first controllable switch; a bus side of the first bidirectional DC/DC circuit is connected to the DC bus; the DC bus is connected to a public power grid via the DC/AC circuit; the second controllable switch has a first end connected to a chargeable vehicle, and a second end connected to the device side of the first bidirectional DC/DC circuit; and at most one of the first controllable switch and the second controllable switch is in a closed state at the same time.

Abstract: Devices, systems and methods for digital video coding, which includes matrix-based intra prediction methods for video coding, are described. In a representative aspect, a method for video processing includes performing a conversion between a current video block of a video and a bitstream representation of the current video block using a matrix based intra prediction (MIP) mode in which a prediction block of the current video block is determined by performing, on previously coded samples of the video, a boundary downsampling operation, followed by a matrix vector multiplication operation, and selectively followed by an upsampling operation, where the performing the conversion includes deriving, according to a rule, boundary samples by applying a left bit shift operation or a right bit shift operation on a sum of at least one reference boundary sample, and where the rule determines whether to apply the left bit shift or the right bit shift operation.

Abstract: This application provides an example light source switching apparatus. The apparatus includes first and second multi-mode interference (MMI) couplers, and a phase modulator. The first MMI coupler includes four ports, where first and second ports are located on one side, and third and fourth ports are located on the other side. The second MMI coupler includes three ports, where fifth and sixth ports are located on one side, and a seventh port is located on the other side. The first and the second ports connect to the fifth and the sixth ports, respectively, to form two connections. The phase modulator is disposed on one of the two connections, and the seventh port connects to an optical modulator. Both the third and the fourth ports connect to a light source emitting continuous light, and the phase modulator selects one of the two light sources for output from the seventh port.

A read operation is performed while operating both a memory controller and the memory die simultaneously at a first frequency. Responsive to determining that the first error rate satisfies the first error threshold criterion, the read operation is repeated while operating at least one of the memory controller or the memory die at a second frequency that is different from the first frequency. The processor determines whether a second error rate associated with the memory die satisfies a second error threshold criterion. Abstract: A wireless roaming method, an access point apparatus and a mobile station are disclosed. The wireless roaming method comprises: determining whether or not a key for a target access point corresponding to a mobile station is stored; if the key is not stored, performing key exchange on behalf of the mobile station with the target access point so as to obtain a key corresponding to the mobile station; and sending the key to the mobile station. In the technical solution of the present disclosure, before the mobile station connects to a target access point, a current access point, on behalf of the mobile station, obtains a key corresponding to the mobile from the target access point. Therefore, the mobile station does not need to perform key exchange with the target access point after accessing to the target access point, which may reduce roaming delays caused by key exchange and improve the efficiency of wireless roaming, and thereby improve user experience.
