    Abstract: A method and system for steering a mobile device to a preferred network, such as a Private LTE network or a 5G network, in a scenario in which the coverage area of the preferred network overlaps the coverage area of a non-preferred network. If a network function detects that the mobile device is located within the coverage area of the preferred network, the network steering procedure will be triggered. The mobile device will detach from its current network, place that network on a temporary forbidden list, and perform an automatic network selection. If mobile device selects another non-preferred network, the attachment request will be denied, and the mobile device will add that non-preferred network to the temporary forbidden list. This procedure is repeated until the mobile device attaches to the preferred network or a predefined duration expires.

An equation is established by using the continuity principle of flux, thereby obtaining the air gap magnetomotive force model of current-carrying conductor. The slot vector diagram of magnetomotive force in short primary linear machine is illustrated according to that in the rotating machine. Then, based on the winding arrangement and vector combination, the amplitude and phase of various spatial harmonic wave of the three-phase winding are obtained. Finally, the characteristics of average component distribution of the current-carrying conductor are adopted to obtain the pulsating magnetomotive force generated by the three-phase winding of the linear machine.

The present invention has the following beneficial effects: the polyurethane/polyvinylidene fluoride composite membrane prepared in the present invention may be used to extract organic sulfide in naphtha with high separation efficiency.

The object detection network can effectively solve a problem that under a single voxel scale, inference time is longer if the voxel scale is smaller, and an intricate feature cannot be captured and a smaller object cannot be accurately located if the voxel scale is larger. Different classes of 3D objects can be detected quickly and accurately in a 3D scene.
