    Abstract: This application provides a method for obtaining a FIB of a device on a network. The network includes a verification system and a plurality of devices, and a first device is one of the plurality of devices. The first device receives a request message sent by the verification system, where the request message carries a command for obtaining a FIB of the first device that is generated at a specified time. The first device obtains the FIB or a FIB snapshot of the first device that is generated at the specified time. The first device adds the obtained FIB or FIB snapshot to a response message, and sends the response message to the verification system.

    Abstract: A binocular image-based model training method and apparatus, and a data processing device are provided. An image matching model includes a teacher model and a student model. In the method, two groups of sample images acquired at different time points by a binocular image acquisition apparatus are first obtained; then, for any two sample images in the two groups of sample images, optical flow estimation is performed according to a preset geometric constraint between the two sample images by means of the teacher model, so as to obtain a more accurate high-confidence optical flow estimation result, the preset geometric constraint being a binocular image-based geometric constraint; and finally, machine learning training of image element matching is performed on the student model by using the two sample image, with the high-confidence optical flow estimation result taken as labeling information.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a method for manufacturing shallow trench isolation, comprising: step 1: performing first time etching on a semiconductor substrate by means of a dry etching process to form the shallow trench, wherein in the first time etching, metal ions are released from a dry etching process chamber and deposited on the inner surface of the shallow trench, and the metal ions diffuse and form a contamination layer; and step 2: performing second time etching on the semiconductor substrate exposed on the inner surface of the shallow trench by means of a wet etching process to remove the contamination layer on the inner surface of the shallow trench. In the present application, the metal ions released from the dry etching process chamber and deposited on the inner surface of the shallow trench during the dry etching of the shallow trench can be removed.
