    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to methods and apparatus for implementing a data transmission scheme for Narrow-Band Internet of Things (NB-IoT). A User Equipment (UE) combines pairs of antenna ports to generate at least first and second combined antennas ports. The UE receives reference signals transmitted in a narrow band region of a larger system bandwidth, and for each combined port, adds the references signals received on resource elements (REs) of each of the combined pair of antenna ports. The UE determines channel estimates for each combined antenna port based on the added reference signals for the combined port.

The nano metal particles in the defect are irradiated by a laser, or heated, such that the nano metal particles in the defect are metallurgically bonded to an original line of the circuit board. A surface of the circuit board is cleaned to remove residual nano metal particles on parts of the circuit board where metallurgical bonding is not performed, thereby completing line repairing of the circuit board.

The valve is moveable between a maximum open position and a minimum open position for increasing or decreasing airflow from the passage into the compartment. At the valve minimum open position, a leakage path is provided between the passage and the compartment, whereby cooling air is capable of passing from the passage to the compartment and toward the heat exchanger at all valve positions. A device may include both RF antenna(s) and magnetic antenna(s) for determining a location of a mobile device relative to the vehicle. Such a hybrid approach can provide various advantages. Existing magnetic coils on a mobile device (e.g., for charging or communication) may be re-used for distance measurements that are supplemented by the RF measurements. Any device antenna may provide measurements to a machine learning model that determines a region in which the mobile device resides, based on training measurements in the regions.

The second DCI indicates a sub RB sized frequency allocation for the UE. The UE is configured to transmit a plurality of uplink data transmissions to the base station in a variable frequency allocation such that the plurality of uplink data transmissions switches between using the RB sized frequency allocation and the sub RB sized frequency allocation. Thus, by using the sub RB sized frequency allocation, more UEs can be allocated to the same RB without lowering the data rate thereby improving total uplink capacity.
