    Abstract: An optical measurement device and method are disclosed. A position measurement device is provided with a device for measuring inclinations of an optical detection module (5) and a substrate carrier (6) which are measured during movement of the optical detection unit and the substrate carrier. Calculation and correction can be made according to the inclination data and with reference to displacements of the optical detection module (5) and the substrate carrier (6) and coordinates of their positions. During measurement for a certain point on the substrate, measured data related to the point is corrected by using the device and the method, which improves measurement precision, thus eliminating a large error caused in measurement for a large-sized substrate (9).

The filter circuit includes a first frequency path and a second frequency path in parallel. The first frequency path passes a first set of frequencies of the radio transmissions and the second frequency path passes a second set of frequencies of the radio transmissions. One of the first frequency path or the second frequency path is configured to filter the radio transmissions of the second transceiver to remove signals corresponding to the one or more operating frequencies of the first transceiver from the radio transmissions of the second transceiver.

In embodiments, the model comprises four components: a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) component to extract the question representation; a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) component to extract the visual representation; an LSTM component for storing the linguistic context in an answer, and a fusing component to combine the information from the first three components and generate the answer. A Freestyle Multilingual Image Question Answering (FM-IQA) dataset was constructed to train and evaluate embodiments of the mQA model. The quality of the generated answers of the mQA model on this dataset is evaluated by human judges through a Turing Test.
