In the method, patient information can be obtained that comprises at least one clinical condition. A graph can be searched for at least one rule matching the at least one clinical condition. The graph represents a plurality of rule sets. The rule set comprises one or more rule. The rule can be indicated with a path comprising at least one first node and a second node. The first node can indicate a clinical condition, and the second node can indicate a clinical conclusion. Then, a clinical conclusion can be determined based on the at least one path in response that the at least one path matching the at least one clinical condition is searched out.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, wireless devices may encode and decode transmissions using polar codes. A transmitting device may encode a payload based on a selected payload size. For example, the transmitting device may construct a bit vector including payload bits, parity bits, frozen bits, or some combination of in these, and may modify the bits or the order of the bits based on the selected payload size. The device may generate a polar-encoded codeword based on this bit vector, and may transmit the polar-encoded codeword to a receiving device. The receiving device may blind decode the polar-encoded codeword, and may determine the correct payload size based on the decoded bit vector. For example, the device may perform decoding or may check decoded bits based on a payload size hypothesis, where the decoding may fail for any incorrect payload size hypothesis.

    Abstract: A weighing sensor and a lever are disclosed. The weighing sensor has a load-receiving portion, a fixing portion, and a parallel guiding portion connected to the load-receiving portion and the fixing portion. The parallel guiding portion has upper and lower parallel guiding units, separated from each other. The ends of the parallel guiding units are connected to the load-receiving portion and the fixing portion. The fixing portion has an extension located between the parallel guiding units. The extension is at a distance from both parallel guiding units and extends to the load-receiving portion. A gap is formed between the extension and the load-receiving portion; and the distance between the extension and the upper parallel guiding unit allows a lever to pass through. The weighing sensor has a simple structure, both the processing process and the assembly process are simplified, and the processing and assembly during production are facilitated.

    Abstract: In one embodiment, a management entity monitors for a change in a convergence rate of spatio-temporal compressive sensing measurements from a plurality of sensors in a sensor network operating according to a measurement matrix up to a halting criterion, and if the change is below a given threshold, determines whether the change is due to impulse noise or due to continued sensed measurements. If continued sensed measurements, the management entity initiates a single-dimensional compressive sensing in a spatial domain at regular time intervals, and identifies and tracks gradient clusters. In response to a change in joint spatio-temporal sparsity of tracked nodes of the gradient clusters, the management entity can then determine an updated measurement matrix based on the joint spatio-temporal sparsity of tracked nodes while satisfying one or more operating parameters, and directs at least certain sensors of the plurality of sensors to operate according to the updated measurement matrix.

    Abstract: A laryngeal mask airway (LMA) for gastroscopy includes a laryngeal tube for gastroscopy. A ventilation hole is formed in an outer surface of an upper end of the drainage tube, and a suction hole is formed in an outer surface of a lower end of the laryngeal tube for gastroscopy. An inner cavity and an inflation tube hole are formed inside the laryngeal tube for gastroscopy. The inflation tube hole is disposed under the inner cavity and receives an inflation tube, and a single-cavity connector is fixedly installed at one end of the inflation tube. The LMA absorbs secretions from a patient's esophagus to minimize coughing during a gastroscopy, thereby reducing patient discomfort and pain.

The present invention separately generates a MAC PDU for each D2D communication destination of a UE of a transmitting end, thus preventing the data from one device to different D2D communication destination devices from being multiplexed into one MAC PDU, further reducing header overhead of the MAC PDU and eliminating unnecessary blind detection of a device of a receiving end, thereby saving power.
