Abstract: A filter device provides a wideband passband of a communication device for a RF signal. The filter device includes a first filter circuit in parallel with a second filter circuit. The first filter circuit includes a first notch filter, and has a first notch. The second filter circuit includes a second notch filter in series with a reversal circuit for phase shifting the RF signal filtered by the second notch filter, the second filter circuit having a second notch. The first and second filter circuits form a band pass filter having a passband between a lower cutoff frequency defined by the second notch and an upper cutoff frequency defined by the first notch. The band pass filter provides low insertion loss in the passband, and high insertion loss in an adjacent lower stopband below the lower cutoff frequency and in an adjacent upper stopband above the upper cutoff frequency.

Such techniques involve: in response to receiving, at a first processor of a storage system, a write request from a host for writing user data, caching the user data in a first cache of the first processor, and generating cache metadata in the first cache, the cache metadata including information associated with writing the user data; sending the user data and the cache metadata to a second cache of a second processor, for the second processor to perform, in the second cache, data processing related to cache mirroring by the second processor; and sending, to the host, an indication of completion of the write request, without waiting for the second processor to complete the data processing. Such techniques can improve system performance such as reducing latency, and shortening length of the I/O handling path of write request.

Abstract: Provided is a plasmid library comprising a DNA insertion site and two barcode sequences located upstream and downstream of the site. The combinations of two barcode sequences of any two plasmids selected from the library are different. Also provided is a method for high-throughput paired-end sequencing of an inserted DNA using the plasmid library.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for promoting B. subtilis to synthesize surfactin based on multi-gene synergy, and belongs to the field of genetic engineering. Firstly, B. subtilis is enabled to obtain the ability to synthesize surfactin by integrant expression of sfp protein derived from a high-yield strain, on this basis, by knocking out genes associated with a competitive pathway, overexpressing genes associated with the surfactin tolerance of B. subtilis, strengthening genes associated with a branched chain fatty acid synthesis pathway or improving the intracellular srfA gene transcription level, the synergy among genes is realized, and systemic metabolic engineering transformation is performed on the B. subtilis, thereby greatly improving the ability of B. subtilis genetically engineered bacteria to synthesize surfactin. The request includes the authorization information on the second RAT for the wireless device. Upon receiving information on the radio resource from the SN, the MN transmits a message to the wireless device based on the information on the radio resource.

Abstract: A tracking method, an apparatus, a device, and a machine-readable medium are provided. The method specifically includes: writing a tracking result of an activity of an operating system and/or a running activity of a program into a buffer when an interrupt is disabled; and reading and sending the tracking result from the buffer when the interrupt is enabled. The embodiments of the present disclosure can effectively shorten the maximum time during which interrupts are disabled for an operating system, and thereby can effectively improve the performance of the operating system and/or a program.
