    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communications, and more specifically to narrowband retuning for simultaneous transmission and reception (e.g., broadcast-broadcast or broadcast-unicast) in enhanced machine type communications (eMTC). An example method that can be performed by a base station (BS) generally includes transmitting a first type of signal in a first set of narrowband resources for a first duration and transmitting a second type of signal in a second set of narrowband resources for a second duration. A user equipment (UE) can monitoring for the first type of signal in the first set of narrowband resources for the first duration and tune-away to the second set of narrowband resources to monitor for the second type of signal for the second duration.

    Abstract: A method of video decoding for a decoder includes acquiring a current picture from a coded video bitstream, where the current picture is segmented into a plurality of units with each unit divided into a plurality of blocks, and the plurality of blocks in each unit being arranged as a grid. The method further includes decoding, for one of the units, a current block from the plurality of blocks using an entry from a history motion vector (HMVP) buffer. The method further includes updating the HMVP buffer with a motion vector of the decoded current block. The method further includes determining whether the current block is at a beginning of a row included in the grid of the one of the units. The method further includes, in response to determining that the current block is the beginning of the row, resetting the HMVP buffer.

    Abstract: Provided is a preparation method for 1-substituted-1H-1, 2, 3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid. 1-Substituted-4, 5-dibromo-1H-1,2,3-triazole is added to an isopropylmagnesium chloride to obtain 1-substituted-4-bromo-1H-1,2,3-triazole by a reaction; then an isopropylmagnesium chloride-lithium chloride composite is added directly to obtain a mixture of 1-substituted-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid and 1-substituted-4-bromo-1H-1,2,3-triazole-5-carboxylic acid; secondly, to the mixture, a base and iodomethane are added to obtain 1-substituted-4-bromo-1H-1,2,3-triazole-5-carboxylic acid methyl ester by a reaction; the aqueous layer is adjusted with hydrochloric acid to pH=1-5, extracted with an organic solvent and dried; then 1-substituted-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid is obtained by concentration and crystallization. The method is suitable for industrialized production and has a greater application value.

The organic-inorganic composite waterproof coating according to the invention is prepared by compositing organic granules and inorganic granules, wherein the organic coating locks the inorganic granules, and prevents the inorganic granules from dropping out. Some exposed inorganic granules take part in the cement hydration reaction, and increase the bonding strength with the post-poured concrete. Furthermore, the organic-inorganic composite waterproof coating according to the invention does not need a buttering. It can reduce waste without an adhesive-resist insulation film/paper.
