    Abstract: Improved methods, systems, devices, or apparatuses that support search space design are described. The described techniques enhance the number and utility of applied control channel candidates in the presence of blind decoding and control channel element (CCE) channel estimation limitations. The techniques allocate available blind decodes using a nested mapping scheme over one or more dimensions, based on a prioritization. In some other cases, the number of blind decodes may be allocated, either uniformly, or proportionally, between the plurality of search space set occasions. In some cases, the applied control channel candidates may be determined by dropping control channel candidates along one or more dimensions (e.g., search space set, or search space set occasion), until the blind decoding limitation or CE limitation is satisfied.

    Abstract: A manufacturing system and method for recycling and smelting crushed silica from silicon plants, including a crushed silica storage device, granulator, submerged arc furnace, transfer device, forming device and cooling system. Firstly silicon waste is collected, then crushed silica is output to a granulator. The granulator mixes the waste irregular crushed silica with water, and granulates and produces small particles having an uniform grain size as the raw material for smelting. The raw material is smelted in the submerged arc furnace. The forming device evenly pours the silicon liquid into the cooling system according to a set flow rate. The silicon liquid is solidified to form silicon pellets, and then a lift system is used to lift the formed silicon pellets, wherein the silicon liquid poured into the cooling system has a uniform diameter. The system can rapidly and efficiently smelt the silicon waste from the silicon plants.

    Abstract: Computer system and method for managing storage requests in a distributed storage system uses congestion signals associated with storage requests, which are generated based on congestion at local storage of the computer system that supports a virtual storage area network. The storage requests are differentiated between a first class of storage requests and at least one other class of storage requests. For a storage request of the first class of storage requests, an actual ratio of a current average bandwidth of the first class of storage requests to a current average bandwidth of a second class of storage requests is calculated and compared with an expected ratio.     Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide methods and apparatuses for video encoding/decoding. In some examples, an apparatus for video decoding includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry decodes prediction information for a current block in a current coded picture that is a part of a coded video sequence. The prediction information indicates whether a planar motion vector prediction mode is used for the current block. The current block is partitioned into a plurality of sub-blocks. When it is indicated that a planar motion vector prediction mode is used for the current block, the processing circuitry determines, in response to the use of the planar motion vector prediction mode, at least one temporal motion vector predictor (TMVP) candidate for a bottom-right (BR) corner of the current block. Then the processing circuitry reconstructs the current block according to one of the at least one TMVP candidate for the BR corner.
